This RNS was in the pipeline and has been flagged when they said they were keeping SC. Revenues will come with accounts next year, but company will have to abide with buyers confidentiality agreements, we might get a trading update next month but I think we will have plenty of RNSs regarding sales to hospitals and partnerships, 2020 has been an excellent year of progress and 2021 should be really exciting, add in the spice of company could be bought out should see big gains in 2022! IMP!

As yet TB has not made any money from IQAI except from his consultancy fees and CLN interest. TB supported this company with his own money last year to keep it going, have a look at Feb/July 19 RNSs, all TB has done is convert £200,000 of loan notes into shares, sold for £600,000 and repaid his debt! Also converted some of them into shares to keep his 30% holding, agreed the rest of his CLNs are now a free ride for him, same as a lot of shareholders in from 1p/2p days. TB is no angel but he is a very astute businessman and has had the vision to take IQAI/IB to were it is now along with the Schmeidas, apologise for the spelling!

Don’t forget a lot of holders in from 2p must be selling a few to derisk investment, end of June £600k in bank, since then grants awarded and sales increasing so no current need for cash IMO!

Do not think TB is converting any more loans into shares, I think he has £600k outstanding, sold enough shares after converting loan to repay him the £600k , so TB has his capital and interest back. TB can convert the balance of £400k outstanding upon company sale, smart move by TB gets his loan back and now has a free run plus increased his shares, must be very relaxed about this company now, loads of news to come over coming months to push us to new highs!

Going to an exciting 6 months, building blocks all falling into place and sp should climb up accordingly, lots of news to come, Trevor Brown a 29.9% holder, other directors and family fully loaded as well, small market cap and small free float, this can move very fast in both ways both but can see 10-15p by Xmas if news hits.

Well Keck bought IB suite on 16/9 so we are selling software! But we need consistent news flow with the word Covid in title! Lots of opportunities out there, RMS/SAR lately so punters selling out in boredom, opportunity cost of having funds tied up here when could be making or losing elsewhere. RNS on 16/9 hinted very strongly that more sales to follow but nothing yet, so hopefully next we get an avalanche of good news next month!

Problem is nobody’s interested in buying any shares, we need news next week and a constant flow of it, I guess 4.47p a buy, my last buy 100,000 shares at 6p a month ago looking a bit sick now, good weekend all.

Well all gone quite again, some very good news this year, excellent building blocks and IB sale to US hospital a good start but we need news to get us out of this trading range 4p-6p and into 10s, 20s etc, 60p seems a long way off! Punters selling out because of boredom which puts sp back in control of mms, over to you Trevor!

After news of IB Neuro software purchase to hospital, IB will be able to now offer both to hospitals that enquire and they expect a lot of enquiries! Hopefully over coming weeks/ months we will get a series of RNSs of contracts/partnership/grants and FDA approval.
