Company IB have never been in a better position but I think with TB having such a large holding and what he has done on RMS have put a lot of retail punters off him/companies he is involved in!

Well November 20 we had our sp surge, touching 22p if I remember! IQAI/IB in a much better place now than then, so TB must be expecting share price to exceed this price 22p but when is the key!

8 days between my post and last post! Not much interest as of yet, think we might get more news next 4/6 weeks, otherwise what was the point of warrants with such a short time frame!

Vastly derisked now placing done and dusted, TB still maintaining his 30% holding and would not chucked in another £150,000 if going nowhere! Letter to shareholders details were company going, think we will see a lot of news between now and the 7th Jan 22, date warrants expire!

It’s because we have to churn 9million placing shares, look at that 500k sell just now, once these have been sold this will move quickly, not long if we keep getting news like today!

Lots of punters on these forums promoting stocks and stating outrageous valuations behind avatars but that’s ok, JW is upfront on his stocks and at the end of the day you don’t have to buy! It’s your decision! Punters have got to take responsibility for there actions!

TB sold 16million shares in December 20! Then converted his CLN back into shares to stay at 30%

That grant was for ongoing research which could lead to commercialise of products in 2/3/4 years time, will help IB to sell current software.

Accounts to 31/12/20 turnover£255k, directors fees and salary £160, total employees 7. So if they want to push IB forward a large investment is required by a big medical company to fund R&D, sales, marketing to make the best of there ground breaking tech, otherwise it will take them quite a few years to reach profitability.

All TB has to do is lend company money via the CLN route, as before, no need to convert shares and still under 30%. IB are undercapitalised and need funds to push forward, when IB will be sold is the question.
