Danny as you have pointed out I have consistently Jan/Feb and early March is hardly pushing the boundaries! I do not thing there are a lot of shareholders here to get out on news, good or bad, most people who want to be out are out are out!
I think 80% of shareholders are here for a trade sale of IB, DS is still involved as a consultant and has not bolted as you put it! Danny thanks for your concern but I am doing ok on this but I obviously no one likes a decreasing share price.
I all ways review my investments and if I have to sell out tomorrow for whatever reason then I will the days of falling in love with a share a long gone and I have done very well with GGP this year so not all bad!
Why not say £1.50 and be done with it! Selling this type of niche product takes time, it is not like putting your banger on autotrader! End of this month or early March I expect to hear some news on if it has been sold or still in the process.
It is unloved but punters are off playing miners/oilers that is why we are falling on small sells each day, typical AIM share but we are main market ! Its is painfull but apart from DS stepping down full time all going well, hence the share tip! grin and bear it but hopefully we will have a strong February, remember this can move very quickly! Up!
RE: RNS - Conversion of Loan Notes05 Feb 2020 15:55
Trevor Brown has the most to gain or lose on share price movement, so every drop in share price is more painful for him than any of us! With 30% of shares only way TB will make a profit or get cash back is sale of company and I think he would want more than 4p per share!
Expecting an update this month, Jan was abit to soon but its with the bankers who are selling this on behalf of IQAI. I would be disappointed if we heard nothing by end of Feb but we have had excellent news about IB this year which has been ignored by the market sofar it appears!
12-15p would be nice! lets see! But IB as said have made huge strides forward, new products, grant money, 2 high profile staff/consultant additions, also David Smith still involved, IQAI cashed up from last year, founders hold 40% of shares, whats not to like, all for £6mill market cap!
We have had £40k value of share traded on a market cap of £6million, 27 trades, market will not move much but IQAI have become a much better buy today than Friday, 2 good pieces of news re IB included in RNS and I think we could creep up into 5s/6s over coming weeks.
