Trevor sold about 7million shares for 10p in December 20, so has got his money out that he put in, so on a free ride now!

Trevor’s family made a load of money selling shares at 3p plus then buying the back at 1.5p, basically for free, so no downside for them! Agree Trevor shareholding value has gone down but I think Trevor is on a free ride to, sold a load of shares for 8/9/10p on first spike, check back on RNSs, we are here because of Trevor’s/ family behaviour, last RNS stating they are going alone with phase 2 trials has made this not a viable investment, IB are making a small profit, IAQI are relying on placings/CLNs to keep there LSE listing, not generating income, so even if IB receive grants etc for trials it will be nowhere near 2.5 million dollars! Just say a million dollars chipped in via grants, that means IQAI will have to raise 1.5million dollars to help fund trials, only one way, placings! Say 300million at 0.05p! Not a shareholder for balance

Dressing room, when a football manager has lost the dressing room, ie the players will not play for him anymore, just go through the motions, same here, TB has lost investors confidence.

In football terms “TB has lost the dressing room” ie investors have lost all trust in him after his behaviour with various companies over the last 3 years , RMS, BRH, CMH and IQAI, only one winner and it is not investors! Share price Jan 5p and now can nearly get past 1.5p all because of TB, no other reason, he has a lot to do to rebuild that trust, whether he can be bothered is another question!

Morning good news, funny how it’s RNSs after yesterdays drop! Trevor is not being voted off board he has 60million votes locked in, so investors have to vote 60million and 1 against and that will not happen! But RNS shows IB software cannot be revalued down to nil!

Excellent news but damage has been done by TB to shareholders confidence, need a stream of good news over next 12 months to get it back up to 5/6/7s and hopefully it will come, 12 months ago this news would have given us a 50% rise no problem but the sun is out, off to Toulouse for my birthday, have a good weekend all.

IRB approval needed per results before patients can be enrolled which will take 3-4 weeks per result highlights.

Max third time they have applied! Reapplied 16/2 and they must have reapplied since then, so third time lucky but it does not install confidence in what they are doing IMO but every one has to make their own conclusions.

Morning, results just show IB are chronically under funded and it will be 2025 before we get any real traction hence TB comment judge me in 2 years re share price, disappointed PRD goal post have changed again re application, TB taking £100k salary also poor considering what he has done to SP this year.

Goalposts appear to keep changing with PRD application, to be honest a long way to go, they cant be bothered to put results in a RNS, that says a lot, no shareholders letter unless on X later on.

Agreed PRD is not a given but when you read the first 2 paragraphs of the financial highlights of interim accounts Trevor has boxed himself into a corner with his comments, accounts are not difficult to produce, that’s why I think they are waiting for something positive to go with them and we are due the shareholders letter which will be interesting!

Morning, personally think results will be neutral, not much different to previous accounts and herein lays Trevor’s problem after what he said in interims back in August 23, Trevor needs something positive to sweeten the news, PRD application being successful will be one of them and they will want to include that with accounts, hopefully it will be this week.

Morning, should get results to December 23 next week, not difficult to do, maybe waiting to release with PRD news which appears to be late! All feels a bit flat at the moment, need some positive to get share price moving and restore investor confidence and the shenanigans of early on in the year.

Evening, IB as a trading entity is profitable, as per the accounts, IQAI loses money due to UK listing costs and directors fees but UK listing required to part fund research and development of products, Dec 23 results will be interesting to see what take up there has been as per interims last August, I would have thought PRD news would have hit now, has been 2 months

This week, annual accounts, shareholders letter😂 and PRD , which was resubmitted on the 16/2, best of luck to shareholders!

Morning, apart from recent placing/ options TB has supported the company, placing in 2021 he took 3million shares at 5p, that does not look to clever now! I am not a TB apologist, what’s happened this year is very poor when on the 4/1 we were 5p now 1.35p only because of Trevor’s behaviour, Trevor is to old to take this private and I don’t think his children want to either, this will be sold on, hopefully in the region of 10p plus or a lot more but people have to do wants comfortable for them, last post for me for awhile, got to tune out of this, let’s see were we are in 6 weeks, hopefully in a better place, happy Easter everyone!

Sorry to hear people selling out but understand why, going to stick it out for next couple of months, loss to big now, so willing to see we’re we go.

Morning, I do not think a placing is being forward sold, volume to small, sells now are probably broker who got paid via shares, last placing prior to February was October 21, 2/half years ago, so they are not a regular thing! Also punters might be selling to crystallise tax losses before 5/4.
