To me CLNs are a non issue now, approx additional 5million shares added to 190million shares in issue, less than 3% of current share capital, if it all comes off we will have days of shares traded of 10/15/20 million etc etc, TB is fully aligned with shareholders as Trek as pointed out, he owns 22% of company in his name, a massive incentive to see it increase! Feel all the hard work by IB is starting to pay off and us as shareholders will benefit, I am also sure that the IB team will be well looked after if business sold, for me it’s time to move on from the CLNs they are not material any more in the grand scheme of things.

Only way TB could get more shares in company personally was for FAB to sell down then TB converts CLNs to the value that keeps both TB & FAB below 30%, TB now personally benefits from uplift in share price more than before, that’s how I see it.

Company currently is nether going to buy back shares, complete utter wast of money on thier behalf, only way they will buy back shares if they have a couple of hundred million dollars in bank account!

Sorry just converting debt to shares but balance sheet better off!

They can still sell if good news was incoming , they have not gained an advantage by selling if good news arrived tomorrow but they have if bad news arrived tomorrow, selling now to me only makes sense for Trevor to convert CLNs and stay under 30% threshold at a later date, say Jan 24 , they seem to be funded for day to day running of business so no need for funding hence no placing, who knows, only Trevor but if vouchers come off then company instantly transformed by hundreds of millions of dollars and not long to wait and find out!

Lower the share price when converting CLN to shares the more you get? Therefore higher the share price less shares, Trevor can plead ignorance if FAB selling to keep share price lower? But he benefits when converting, just speculation have not looked into properly, in M/S shopping with wife!

Selling into market, million sell last week at 4p, private investors buying them, disappointing that they are selling with all the apparent good news and Trevor’s statement in results, no wonder share price not moving, if they have not sold think we would be between 6-8p now easy, I give up with guessing what’s going on.

We had 310,000 shares sold for a value of £11,660! It’s just traders trading around the edge from spike last week and they have been selling out this week! 10% ups and downs ignore, November tomorrow, so news next 3/4 months could really push share price on!

I thought you had to declare every % point down to 3% then you don’t after that, so if they go below 9% they have to notify, could be wrong!
