rnss have been sp****!

if you look at rnss over past 12months they have been sp****, trevor needs to keep his promise in annual report about driving up share price! we are now having a trickle of daily sells with bored shareholders looking elsewhere but trevor needs to give people a reason to invest that is visible, cash flow is still a concern if you look at last accounts heading into summer. iqai/ib are under capitalised for what they want to do over next couple of years, best to sell company to someone with enough cash or take on a partner but we are all hostage to trevor’s whims!

Thanks Trek but not sure what can be holdup any finance package/CLN if required at this share price, with the expansion in AI, IB are ideally placed but board need to communicate there plans or sell the company for 50p per share!

Trevor was to busy on the other site trolling shareholders of Feedback over bank holiday to get any news out for IQAI/IB!

Still waiting for the news that is under wraps per email to Trek over a month ago! Cash flow is still up in the air, to raise or not to raise!

Well that news that they had to keep quiet about needs to get out! This is getting a bit silly, Trevor get your CLN done so sp can move up!

No rush to buy on such good news not RNS,d!

17th May, news before?

Trevor will support it but get it out of the way now! It’s just dragging on share price, 2023 looks to be a good year but what will move share price, hopefully upwards!

20th April 2020 share price 2.85p, 3 years later 2.6p, time for IQAI to start to deliver!

What’s next is results and shareholders quarterly letter, what else remains to be seen but funding is the key now. In an ideal world results would show cash flow positive and no need to raise funds, they had a research note last year which had projections for profit & loss and if comes to fruition then no need to raise! Low market cap and only 180million shares in issue with Trevor & board hold about £65million so all to play for.

Feel news has been kept to a minimum, orphan drug status should have been released at 7am not 3.52pm, it’s a uk listed company, we have no trades on US market! Think someone wants to keep this low until it’s suits them to let it rise, good weekend all

It appears every time we have a decent buy it is followed by a sell, see Thursday, or is it my paranoia!

Released last 3 years between 20/4-5/5, so should be within next 2 weeks, last fund raise was October 21, so with results to Dec 22 should have an idea of cash position but I believe until this is sorted out this is what is putting people of investing here, last fund raise was at 5p with those silly warrants!

Results and letter to shareholders this month, they might be combined but hopefully will give punters a reason to but rather than sell shares, a month ago bid was 4.5p, lost 50% of value on good news!

Any sign of a rise and people cannot wait to sell into! So disappointing after news, TB quite as ever, here for giggles laughing at private investors!

Serious money starting to arrive?

Well someone keen to get out, very disappointing

We have had about 23million shares traded this, so enough for stake bulls to get out and shareholders to enjoy the ride!
Going to be very interesting rest of the year, IB tweeting about takeovers, maybe having FDA was the step they needed for buyers to take an interest or bid but that FDA was a game changer for a £7million market cap company!

I am not a fan of CLNs but with Trevor having them it is different in my opinion because he has a vested interest in share price going up with 30% of company, different to CLNS going to a lender, look at the news is the key to this now, ripe for a bid, Trevor in his 70s so will want one last big pay day and IQAI is it!
