It’s not the market, market makers are in business to make a profit on the margin, they don’t care about a share price of a company, problem is nobody is interested in buying shares in IQAI at 1.10p, lowest it’s been for years and you have to ask management about that, it’s on Trevor’s shoulders why share price is at this price, January we were 5.5p to buy even with FAB selling!

Trevor had given himself 2,750,000 2p options in Brh with share price 4p😂 and you wonder why punters are not buying shares in companies he is involved in!

Hi Shrek & Max, it is a well written article and another positive bit of press, it’s a disgrace that Jan 5p and now 6 months later we are a 1p! 1 trade today so far 1000 shares for a 1p, value £1.00! Half year results next month which will interesting, despite Trevor’s behaviour I still think value at this price, got to worth at least 3p so a 200% rise, have a nice day!

Jimzi, although Trevor has a paper loss, with him selling at the peak and receiving a £100k salary for the last 5 years, don’t think he is out of pocket, on a free ride, as FAB is as well , after selling millions above 3p and buying them back in the placing at 1.5p, it’s up to Trevor to correct markets impression and get SP moving north!

1.5p but I am not that clever, that was at a loss but have more shares than sold now, its a punt for me now, got to be worth between 3-5p with recent news but its up to Trevor to get us there, funding is still a concern to be honest but at these levels, worth a gamble!

Correct, they took part in the placing but why did they sell millions of shares for 3 months? Why did they do that if they had full confidence in company but maybe they had an insight to companies affairs and a placing was coming? Just guess work on my part but as you say it’s done now, it’s up to shareholders how to interpret that sequence of events.

From Oct 23 to Jan 24 FAB sold down from 11% to 3%, per RNSs, 4 of them, so average sale price say 4p, then in March bought all back for 1.5p!

FAB/Trevor sold 10million shares in November 20p, share was around 14p then, so in Nov/Dec he sold shares for more than 2million pounds, so Trev on a free ride here I think.
