Well someone not impressed with that, some dumping going on 100k, 125k and 200k sells today!

No problem with placing if at the right price, I think once out of the way share price will move up very quickly, so in my opinion get out the way ASAP then share price will get to 40/50/60/70/80 in short order, SAR a recent example, also if placing at 25p then dilution of 4 million shares is nothing!

Good video re wyld but it’s obvious that a placing is being forward sold, hopefully announced next week for 25p, say 4million give £1million in the bank, anything less than 25p AS needs to be shot!

Advfn BB for Tern is a zoo and some of those large shareholders have traded this over the 6 years, I am betting things are going to be different this time, if so SP can get to 50/60p very quickly!

Hopefully these large shareholders who have AS ear will reinforce this point if a placing is required, I have taken a punt!

SAR have just done a placing at a premium to share price Friday and warrants at 90% more than share price Friday, if AS is for a placing then it should be around 25p-30p with any warrants at 50p, that will impress market!

If they are selling DA for billions no need to raise funds, this time AS is not at fault, it is a group of shareholders manipulating the share price for there own gain, it’s happened the last 3 years, ramping on other board is boarding on the criminal, best of luck!

To say a placing is not needed for a company that has no income is naive, what the shareholders have done per the last AGM is stop AS issuing any further shares for a placing, hence the squeeze on share price, DA in February needed $400,000 dollars to stay afloat! Microsoft would have bought DA years ago if interested, do not forget they make money off DA sales sold via there market place so they will say kind words about them. Incredible ramping on other site on no financial substance in public domain, Tern as a company are in a better position than 2018 and assets are undervalued compared to a month ago but talk of billions is very dangerous, best of luck to everyone and I hope it all works out.

Lower this goes the better for TB if he lends company via CLN, think he will lend company funds via CLN at say 5p, £500,000, another 10 million shares but lack of news and falling share price favours TB if they go down that route.

I was a shareholder during 16/17/18 and done very well on the spike to 48p that year, so always tempted to buy back in!

DA lost £1.7 million year to 31/12/19 and had losses to date of over £7million, so some way to go,DA need about £5million capital injection at least to play with the big boys IMO!

Problem is Tern are undercapitalised to take DA forward and have been seeking a corporate backer for 3/4 years, still none! MS can make or break DA if they wish and will not be paying 3billion dollars for it, that is lunacy! But Tern do now have 4 companies that are further down the line to profitability then ever before and Tern as a company are with more than £49 million pounds, what more than that is the $64,000 dollar question, interested onlooker!

Watched Tom on proactive, bought a million shares in 1 go, should show later, hopefully a good move!

Qtr 2 tomorrow, 1st April, April fools day, cash situation getting interesting.

Plenty of sells though! FUM look at SP last 2 days, Trevor wants to keep this low for some reason, I think he will do another CLN for 6p! He has raised plenty of cash from share sales from his companies, say £500,000 at 6p then loads of news after! All speculation so could be wrong.

Nice bit on interest for a change! I think it’s been a disappointing year so far on official news front, I think we are long overdue news now, hopefully soon!
