Excellent post, IB going great guns but IQAI have got to get news out to a wider audience to push sp on and for punters to hold shares, to many buy on a spike and sell at a loss a week later. Share price can move very quickly with small free float and any sustained buying will push this higher very quickly, should be a good 6 months to end Dec 20 with eventual sale next year my guess.

A big disconnect to 2.6p bid! Think mms low on shares and trying to keep a lid on any buying with silly spread! News soon of partnership that was tweeted a month ago, again another example of shocking PR , come on Trevor!

Needs addressing sharpish, getting fed up of good news and nothing happens to share price, bumping around the 3s for 6 months now, sort it out Trevor!

Excellent news, partnership news to come also, sale of stonechecker, all looking very promising for rest of the year.

Shares in issue 140million which is not a lot compared to other companies,Feedback now have a billion shares after placement yesterday, unless it’s something to do with sale of company cannot see at present how spending that money which they do not have currently that they will do this. Also if bought shares back and cancelled them Trevor Brown would go over the 30% holding threshold and would have to make a bid for company, also agm passed a resolution that company can issue another 53million shares if required, all a bit confusing to be honest.

That’s why all the big boys from other thread are not buying, 4bear after 3million etc, those 100k sells have been going on for a month now, my guess 20 million at 8p, AS will also buy another company, share price management by him shocking

Share price and company are at a disconnect in my opinion, company IB performing very well just not translated into share price, who's fault is that, maybe short term traders, holders and maybe company not promoting itself enough since Dave Smith has left. Share price can move very quickly both up and down, so we could be 6/7/8p next Friday, just look at some of the trades the past 10days and you can match a buy with a sell a week later, hence the problem, nobody holds for more than 5mins!

But AS needs the retail punters to buy up his placings from 2p upwards! Share price management is his responsibility and he has done a poor job over last 5 years and in that time has earned about£400k for a part time job! Possible placing I think at 10p to buy another business, cash in till will only last 12 months, so unless he sells something it’s coming! But the upside it appears all businesses are doing well but are any of them cash flow positive yet, maybe inVMA.

Share buy back of 15 million shares o n the 15/6 been mentioned on the other site, maybe Trevor is funding that via a loan to IQAI? All a guess!
