[POL] Company has purchased 25,000,000 of its own ordinary shares at an average price of 5.64 pence per share. The shares were purchased in accordance with the Company's share repurchase programme as previously announced on 5 August 2010 and these shares will be cancelled in due course. Following the above changes, the Company's issued share capital consists of 2,339,678,955 ordinary shares of no par value each. None of these ordinary shares are held in Treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 2,339,678,955. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. The fully diluted share capital of the Company now consists of 2,422,178,955 ordinary shares.

[KLG] Announces it has entered into a joint venture agreement (the "Agreement") with a wholly owned subsidiary of Freeport-McMoRan Exploration Corporation ("Freeport") in relation to the Company's KSK Contract of Work copper project (the "KSK CoW") in Kalimantan, Indonesia. Rahman Connelly, Deputy Chairman and CEO of the Company said, "Freeport-McMoRan Copper and Gold Inc., as the world's second largest copper producer with extensive Indonesian experience is an exceptional and ideal partner to rapidly advance the KSK Copper Project and create value for all stakeholders." The Agreement formalizes the terms of the non-binding term sheet announced on December 13, 2010 with at that time an unidentified major copper mining company. Pursuant to the Agreement Freeport can earn a 51% joint venture interest in the KSK CoW by expending a minimum of US$7 million on a substantial exploration program over three years and then a further 24% (total 75%) by sole funding the completion of a feasibility study with best efforts to complete it within ten years. Subsequently, if a decision to mine is made, Freeport must use commercially reasonable efforts to arrange non-recourse project financing on reasonable terms and conditions for the costs of development on terms mutually agreeable to each of the participants. Upon a decision to mine, if a participant declines to fund its share, then that party will assign all of its rights and interests in the KSK CoW to the other participant in consideration of a 1% NSR royalty. The first phase US$7 million expenditure must include an expenditure of not less than US$3 million in the first year of which US$0.5 million must be spent on (i) delineation drilling at Beruang Kanan and (ii) drill testing of each of the deep Beruang Tengah, Beruang Kanan and Tambang Huoi prospects (i.e. a minimum of one drill hole on each such prospect). Preparations to mobilise a drilling team to commence testing the major porphyry copper targets the Company has identified on the KSK CoW are well advanced.

[LGO] Announces final details regarding its planned work-over operations at its 100% owned Ayoluengo and Hontomin Oilfields in Northern Spain. The Company's Spanish subsidiary Compania Petrolifera de Sedano S.L. has signed contracts and agreed work scopes with both the Société de Maintenance Pétrolière ("SMP") and Services Pétrolièrs Schlumberger ("Schlumberger"). The Company has also received all outstanding permits and authorisations from the Spanish authorities in order to commence the planned work-over programme announced on the 17th March 2011. Schlumberger will provide all necessary wireline logging and perforating services, as well as cementing services if required, and SMP will supply their 80-tonne "SMP-2" drilling unit which will be used in conjunction with the Company owned Cardwell 45-tonne rig to ensure overall smooth operations. Mobilisation to the field will commence shortly and the programme is expected to get underway on the 26th April 2011. As announced in March, work will initially focus on six high productivity wells in the crestal area of the Ayoluengo Field (Ayo-4, 5, 32, 36, 37and 46) and the perforation of approximately 45 metres of previously untapped reservoir in the Hontomin-2 well on the nearby Hontomin Field. Each Ayoluengo well will be cleaned out, re-perforated over existing intervals, some new intervals will be perforated and the casing and production tubulars will be repaired. Additional cementing operations will be selectively undertaken to improve water shut-off where this is required. A progressive cavitation pump (PCP) will be installed in well Ayo-37 to increase the production and reliability of that well. Depending on initial results up to four additional wells (Ayo-18, 35, 38 and 44) may be added to the programme at Ayoluengo. The estimated production capacity from the work-over programme ranges from 300 to over 500 barrels oil per day. The initial seven well programme is expected to be completed within 60 days.

[SRT] Announces that it has received an order worth US$665,000 along with the associated security deposit payment from one of its new Chinese partners. The order is for SRT's Class B module and will be shipped to the customer within the month of April, bringing the total orders received from Chinese based customers to approximately US$800,000 in the last six weeks. Last year SRT announced an evolution of its strategy in China to form more long term strategic partnerships with local companies. The opportunity in China for AIS is significant with a local market worth an estimated US$150 million over the next four years due to the national mandate. Simon Tucker, CEO of SRT, said, "I believe we are starting to see the fruits of our revised strategy for China. Clearly this is a big and challenging market for us, but I feel the combination of our strong local partnerships and our new technologies put us in a strong position to win a significant share of this market. Timing is always an issue, and we have been surprised by the size of this order as this had not been expected so soon. I expect demand from our Chinese customers to remain irregular due to the dynamics of the local market."

[RAM] Announces today, no pun intented, that TrainFX, its 100% subsidiary, has now fully installed and commissioned the last remaining Class 313 unit as part of the Class 313 Southern Rail refurbishment project which was worked on in conjunction with Wabtec Rail. All installed units now benefit from a European standards compliant and fully functional TrainFX Advanced Passenger Information System comprising: forward and saloon displays, a fully integrated audio system, cab to cab communications, PA and automated announcements; crew communications and call for aid. In addition 5 units have been fitted with the TrainFX integrated Automated Passenger Counting system.Passengers on Southern Rail's south coastway line will now benefit from having real time passenger information both to and from the train, enabling the train operator to communicate remotely to passengers throughout the journey, informing them of short term disruptions and general travel information.The Automated Passenger Counting System provides real time, highly accurate data on passenger numbers, allowing the train operator to manage its capacity planning more effectively.TrainFX Managing Director Phil Campbell said: "I am delighted to see the successful completion of this project and for TrainFX to have played a part in improving journey time information to passengers on the south coastway".Tim Baldwin, Executive Chairman, commented: "This is milestone event for TrainFX, as it validates the software delivery and is the first successfully completed contract of its type. This is expected to assist in the closure of other material contracts currently being tendered for, in a burgeoning market for upgrading passenger information services."

[SRT].Will publish its Final Results for the year ended 31 March 2011, on Tuesday 21 June 2011. Subject to audit, the Company expects to report turnover of approximately £9 million, an increase of over 160% on the previous year, with a profit after tax of approximately £2 million, against a loss for the same period last year. Year end cash balances are expected to be approximately £3 million despite an increase in stock to approximately £1.5 million to support an accelerated product development programme and future revenue growth. The Company remains debt free. [RAM]Further to the announcement of 16 February 2011, the Board of RAM would like to provide a trading update.The Company is pleased to announce that current trading is in line with expectations. The TrainFX contract with Wabtec is nearing completion, the First Great Western contract although delayed is now progressing well and the LNWR contract has commenced deliveries. RAM Vision has had a promising start to the year and advertising bookings are significantly higher than the same period last year. The Company has been exploring funding alternatives in order to strengthen its balance sheet in the light of the delays to the First Great Western contract and to maintain the site development programme within its Ram Vision operations. The Directors have noted the recent decline in the Company's share price, and are not aware of any reason for this fall. Glad for this statement as the share price is up 20% this session.

[ITM] Announces today that it has achieved CE certification for its HFlame product. A CE mark is a mandatory conformance mark for products placed on the market in the European Economic Area. As such, this achievement is an essential element of the Company's commercial drive as it enables commercial sales within the EU and is another significant product milestone for the Company. CE conformance certifies that a product has met EU consumer safety, health and environmental requirements. In the case of HFlame, CE requires conformance with the EMC and Low Voltage Directives. HFlame is an alkaline electrolyser technology producing an oxy-hydrogen flame that is far superior to traditional technologies. It generates gas on-demand, providing a high temperature, focused flame from electricity and water. This removes the need to store large amounts of flammable gas and reduces the costs of rental and delivery of gas bottles. HFlame produces gas that can be used in most applications where oxygen, acetylene, propane or natural gas is employed. It has been designed to replace standard gas and oxy-acetylene systems for a variety of laboratory and workshop applications including heating, brazing/soldering, cutting, polishing of metal, plastic, glass and quartz.

[OPE] Announces today that its contract with Greater Manchester PTE has been extended to include a further 22 hybrid buses valued at £4.3 million, including Green Bus Fund support. This requirement is in addition to the 66 Hybrids ordered in May 2010 of which 20 are now in service. The buses will be delivered during Q4 this year and early Q1 2012. [PSQ] This leading provider of technology led turnkey outsourcing solutions and mobile and online banking software, is pleased to announce that it has signed a new multi-million pound outsourcing contract with the Lloyds Banking Group ("Lloyds"), the largest retail bank in the UK. The agreement covers a three year period and extends Parseq's relationship with Lloyds significantly; bringing HBOS as a new customer and further securing long-term revenue visibility. The Group will now provide its outsourcing solution to HBOS and Lloyds TSB, including BACS payment debit and credit processing services and call centre support to corporate, commercial and retail customers. [SRT] Those that locked in profits 41.5p can consider churning profits for future turnover upside as [SRT] has signed agreements with three new customers. The customers are all well established companies which provide vessel tracking and maritime domain information systems to markets worldwide. Each of the customers plans to use products from SRT's range in various projects for which they are tendering. Potential project sizes vary from a few units to multi-million dollar contracts. The customers will have full access to SRT's expanding product range enabling them to tailor and customise their tenders for each target project. Simon Tucker, SRT's Chief Executive Officer, said: "The projects business offers SRT excellent medium and long term opportunities with significant potential. In parallel with our leisure and commercial customer partnerships, we are developing a network of valuable customers which operate on a project by project tender basis. [TEG] Confirms it has been awarded a waste supply contract by LondonWaste Limited ("LWL"). LWL is the operating company responsible for waste management for the North London Waste Authority and the contract is to process waste that is additional to the waste composted by LWL at its EcoPark in Edmonton. The contract, for processing mixed food and green waste ("Mixed Waste"), will be for an initial 3-year term, commencing in April 2011, and has an option to extend to April 2017. The annual volume of the Mixed Waste is expected to be 12,000-15,000 tonnes per annum with a maximum obligation on TEG of 20,000 tonnes per annum. As announced on 13 December 2010, TEG is developing a new anaerobic digestion ("AD") and in-vessel composing ("IVC") plant in Dagenham, East London, which is expected to be in operation in 2012. The Mixed Waste will be processed at the Dagenham plant from 2012 and in the meantime will be processed at TEG's IVC plant at Carleton Rode. Commenting for TEG, Chief Executive Michal Fishwick said "we are delighted to have secured our first contracted waste in London and look forward to the development of our AD and IVC facility in Dagenham. It is very pleasing to have the support of LondonWaste Limited and this support will very much assist the development of the Dagenham plant."

[WTH]Valuable cash will go a long way in helping with cash flow. A stronger leaner [WTH] is in the offing. This AIM traded waste management company, announces that it yesterday exchanged and simultaneously completed on a contract with two local residents for the sale of the freehold of Pollards Quarry ("Pollards"). Prior to the completion of its restoration in 2005 Pollards, a site of circa 46 acres, was operated by the Company as an inert waste landfill site. Since restoration Pollards has been used for agricultural purposes. The proceeds of the sale before associated costs and expenses are approximately £237,000 payable in cash. The surplus over the carrying value net of transaction and related costs is estimated to be £160,000. Ahead of the sale, agreement was reached with the Environment Agency ("EA") for the Company to surrender the Pollards Waste Management Licence resulting in the Company being released from any ongoing aftercare obligations in respect of the site and has consequently received repayment of £14,654 following the closure of the related escrow bank account held jointly with the EA for this purpose. At 31 December 2010 Pollards had a carrying value of £40,000. The operating results attributable to Pollards before any allocation of head office costs or management charges for the year ended 31 December 2009 and for the 6 month period to 30 June 2010 were £nil and a loss of £2,000 respectively. For the year ended 31 December 2009 Pollards generated revenues of £4,000. The sale proceeds will be used for working capital.
