The Company is pleased to report that the growth in new depositing and total depositing customers year on year has resulted in a 48% increase in Q2 2012 average daily revenue versus Q2 2011. Following a strong Q1, revenue has also increased by 3% quarter on quarter against the trend of Q2 being seasonally quieter than Q1.

[DRG] [MTV] Announces that it has notified CCAN 2005 Inversiones Societarias, S.C.R., S.A. De Regimen Simplificado that based on the indirect change of control contemplated in clause 5.7 of the shareholders agreement dated 4 October 2010, which was executed at the time of completion of the reverse takeover of Adecq Digital SL, Motive has exercised its right to purchase CCAN's ownership in Motive Television SL at nominal value of €0.10 per share. CCAN's ownership of 701,160 shares in Motive Television SL represents a cost at €0.10 per share of €70,116 to Motive. This action was triggered by a notice of merger of CCAN into La Caixa Bank received by Motive last week. The Company sought advice from its legal advisers in both the UK and Spain prior to issuing this notice. The board expects to be able to announce completion of the process in the near future. Once completed, the purchase of these shares, representing 32.3 percent of the Spanish subsidiary, will bring Motive's ownership of Motive Television SL and its Television Anytime technology to 100% and will supersede the validity of the Put and Call Agreement discussed in the earlier announcements of 15 April and 31 May. Under the terms of the put and call option agreement, the Company granted CCAN a put option to require the Company to purchase the whole of CCAN's retained shareholding in Motive Television S.L., representing the remaining 32.3 per cent. of the company's issued share capital, at any time after the 18 month anniversary of completion of the acquisition for an exercise price of €2,100,000. In addition, CCAN granted the Company a call option for the same holding which was exercisable at any time following completion of the acquisition. Leonard M Fertig, CEO of Motive, commented:"The opportunity to acquire the remaining third of our IPR assets for €70,000 is an excellent result for Motive, as this stake was valued at €2.1 million at the time of the reverse takeover of Adecq Digital SL. Additionally, the removal of the Put eliminates the uncertainty regarding the disposition of this stake."This step, together with the announcement yesterday about completion of the CME contract, poise the Company in a position of rapid growth in its business and in shareholder value." The acquisition of these shares will be financed by the utilisation of an Equity Line Facility of up to £2 million with Dutchess Opportunity Cayman Fund Ltd. The ELF has been arranged by First Columbus LLP , Dutchess's joint venture partner in the UK and the Company's joint broker. The ELF provides the Company ongoing access to capital if needed as it enables the Company, subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement governing the ELF, to obtain funding from Dutchess by way of subscription for new Ordinary Shares in the Company. Under the terms of the ELF, the Company may draw down tranches on the date on which the Company submits a put notice pursuant to the agreement ("Put Date")(entirely at its own discretion) of either: (a) 400% of the average daily volume multiplied by the average of the 3 daily closing prices immediately prior to the Put Date; (b) 2.99% of the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue on the relevant Put Date; (c) £50,000; or(d) such other amount which is mutually agreed. The Company has the sole ability to specify a minimum acceptable price at which shares can be sold. The price at which the Company will issue shares to Dutchess will be 94 per cent. of the lowest of the daily volume weighted average price of the shares during the 10 consecutive trading days after the Put Date. The Commitment Fee for the facility will be paid with £20,000 in Ordinary Shares of the Company, plus warrants to purchase £20,000 of Ordinary Shares priced at 65% premiumto the closing market price on 29 June 2012, being 0.01378p. An application will be made to AIM for the 20,000,000 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading. Admission to AIM and dealing in the shares is expected to commence on 9 July 2012. Following admission, the Company will have 3,145,345,353 Ordinary Shares in issue and admitted to trading on AIM.

[ANGM] Having recently completed two gold doré pours; 15.211kg (489oz) on 19 June and 12.25kg (394oz) on 24 June. These bring the total amount of doré poured for the month of June to 27.46kg (883 oz). As previously indicated, faulting in the South Block has diminished the grade of the material being processed. Accordingly development in this area has now been temporarily postponed until there has been time to study the structural displacement of mineralisation in this area. Nonetheless the gold produced in June will raise approximately $1.3 million, which covers the group's operating costs for the month. The next gold pour is expected to be in late July and the Company expects the quantities of gold produced to resume growing, following on from the record monthly production announced on 29 May, because the Company expects to shortly be processing ore from the higher grade pillars. The Company believes that a permit will be issued in the near future by the Bureau of Minerals and Petroleum to enable the Company to mine the high grade pillars, based upon a study previously undertaken by Golders Associates. This high grade resource is expected to underpin the level of gold production for the next year or more. Assuming the permit is received shortly from August the Company expects to be producing consistently above 1,500 oz per month from a single gold pour, i.e. at commercial levels of production given the Company's target of 1,500-2,000oz per annum. In the longer term other high grade material is known to be available in the Mountain Block, although the development of this is subject to further underground exploratory drilling. The process plant treated an average of 142 tonnes of ore per day between 2 June and 15 June up from an average of 62 tonnes of ore per day throughout May. This represents a steady processing rate improvement over previous months and combining this with the higher grade ore expected from the pillars, the Company anticipates a significant increase in gold production rates. Black Angel The Company has commissioned Golders Associates to produce a study to consider the use of hydro-electric power for the Black Angel project. There is a large and constant flow of water in the Deep Ice Zone which will be the source of water for the process plant and it may also be channeled to drive a turbine. Diesel oil is currently expected to account for approximately 25% of the cash cost of producing the zinc and lead concentrates so this exercise has the potential to significantly reduce the cash cost of production although there will be additional associated capital cost. Nicholas Hall, CEO, commented: "We eagerly await the permit to commence mining of pillars at Nalunaq. The high grade ore which is available in the Target Block pillars will have an immediate positive impact on gold production. Exploration in the Mountain Block may reveal very high grade deposits but that work will not be undertaken in the immediate future. Our near term target is improved cash generation; firstly to see Nalunaq generate at the target level and secondly to generate funds for the development of Black Angel. The hydro-electric study is the last significant piece of work on the design phase of the Black Angel project. If hydro-electric power is viable, the potential cost savings are very significant and could dramatically impact the economics of the project."

[SLG] Confirms the substantial order received from a leading military radio manufacturer, originally announced on 8 February 2012, is progressing well. To date, Sarantel has produced and shipped 50% of the total order and is on track to fulfil the remaining customer requirements by February 2013, generating in excess of US$2 million in revenues. The Group also confirms that its rugged GeoHelix GPS antenna, which is used in the US military's "Rifleman radio", as part of the US Joint Tactical Radio System (JTRS) program, is progressing. The JTRS program awarded by the US Army, was initially announced by Sarantel's US military subcontractor customer on 7 July 2011. They have since released further announcements on 14 December 2011 and 23 January 2012 as initial operational tests and evaluations were completed in Fort Bliss, Texas and further afield in Afghanistan. There is no indication that the alleged US Defense rows have had an impact on the progress of this program. As stated in Sarantel's announcement dated 28 July 2011, the US Army has indicated a requirement to purchase more than 190,000 Rifleman radios, which would generate revenues in excess of US$6 million for the Group. David Wither, CEO of Sarantel, said: "We continue to see strong growth in our key military market and expect revenue flows to gain momentum in the second half of 2012 and into 2013. Sarantel's technology is a critical component to a number of very large military communications programs and we expect these programs to be increasingly important in the coming years. The backing from of a leading military customer to secure the HSBC loan facility earlier this year, further supports the significance of Sarantel's technology to our military customers."

[ITM] Has signed an agreement with Infintium Fuel Cell Systems Inc. of Texas to become its exclusive European distributor of fuel cell systems for materials handling equipment. http://ifcsglobal.com/ Following recent successful trials, the Agreement will facilitate the development of a European customer base in the rapidly expanding materials handling market where traditional battery and engine technology is being replaced by fuel cells powered by hydrogen. Under the Agreement, IFCS will gain CE marking for its systems that can be fitted to all classes of pallet and fork lift trucks as well as airport baggage handling and utility vehicles. ITM Power will contribute its experience of gaining CE conformity for hydrogen systems to accelerate commercial availability. IFCS are currently working with several major US retailers and distributors to gain supply chain qualification. The Agreement will enable ITM Power to gain access to the IFCS portfolio of customers and introduce them to ITM Power's green hydrogen generation and refueling solutions. ITM Power is now in a position to offer a full turnkey solution to the materials handling sector, including on-site hydrogen generation, refueling and fuel cell systems. The successful trials of the Company's HFuel product platform, together with measured operational benefits of fuel cell powered materials handling vehicles, has enabled ITM Power to begin to engage with potential retail, distribution and logistics customers. The Company can now offer a tailored, integrated solution - including modeling, on-site trials, supply of equipment and maintenance contracts. HFuel is capable of generating up to 400kg of hydrogen per day, on-site, from renewable power. [PINN} Announces that it has been awarded a contract to provide the data connectivity for BBC Radio 1's Big Weekend, which will be held at Hackney Marshes on 23rd and 24th June 2012. BBC Radio 1's Hackney Weekend is the UK's biggest free-ticketed festival. The festival consists of over 100 acts which this year will include Rihanna, will.i.am, Kasabian, Jessie J, Florence + the Machine and Leona Lewis. The event will be broadcast over BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 1Xtra, BBC Three on TV and on the Red Button and will be the BBC's largest event ever broadcast over IP technology. All previous events have been broadcast using satellite services, but Hackney Weekend will use Pinnacle's fibre links to deliver the broadcast streams for both TV pictures and sound, delivered over IP technology. This contract stems from Pinnacle's strong relationship with the BBC, for whom it has now completed over 150 contracts since the start of the current financial year; delivering complex broadcast solutions at significantly reduced costs in comparison to traditional broadcast methods. The events include Trooping the Colour, Cheltenham Gold Cup, the Grand National, Strictly Come Dancing, the London Marathon and the Scottish and Welsh Elections. Queen's Jubilee Celebrations - At the recent Queen's Diamond Jubilee celebrations, Pinnacle successfully supplied secure data network services for BBC news, BBC International and BBC Events, CNN and Globecast. The joono software enables banks to deliver targeted product marketing to their customers while providing enhanced multi-media capabilities and the potential for third party advertising campaigns using atmAd, i-design's media sales and campaign operations services. i-design will also be providing a fully managed end-to- end campaign activity service. i-design's total licensed ATM and self-service estate including this agreement will increase from 21,500 devices at 30 September 2011 to circa 28,000 devices. [POL] Today announces a significant increase in the gold resource estimate at its 90 per cent owned Nimini - Komahun Gold Project in Sierra Leone ("Komahun"). The new independent estimate by SGS Canada Inc. is based on the results of 68 new diamond drill holes totalling 11,528 metres ("m") that have been drilled since the previous resource estimation undertaken in 2008 by SRK Consulting (UK) Ltd on behalf of AXMIN Inc., the previous owner of the property. Highlights · Indicated resource increased 374% to 521,000 troy ounces ("ounces") of gold (3.528 million tonnes at a grade of 4.59g/t) · A further 20,000 metres of drilling is now in progress · Pre-Feasibility Study at Komahun scheduled for completion in Q1 2013 · Results of a Versatile Time-Domain Electromagnetic ("VTEM") survey conducted across the Nimini licences have been analysed and interpreted, resulting in nine new high priority targets being identified Neil Herbert, Executive Co-Chairman of Polo Resources, commented: "We are pleased that work since September 2008 has resulted in a 374 per cent increase in gold ounces contained in the indicated resource category.
