[KLG] recent events commence with the announcement regarding hiving off of assets, Nov 29, much of this is now in the price. Cash reserves are low but not critical, a much needed boost to finances cannot come too soon. With [KLG] flagging up its divestment in gold and copper assets some two years ago, the current share price reflects the 2nd Dec announcement in total. [POL] Announces that on December 02, 2010 the Company purchased 25,000,000 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 5.205 pence per share. The shares were purchased in accordance with the Company's share repurchase programme as previously announced on 5 August 2010 and these shares will be cancelled in due course. Following the above changes, the Company's issued share capital consists of 2,364,678,955 ordinary shares of no par value each. None of these ordinary shares are held in Treasury.

[PEG] Further significant contract gains.. Petards, the AIM quoted developer of advanced security and surveillance systems, announces that it has been awarded a contract, by Transys Projects Ltd, to supply and install Petards eyeTrain® on-board digital CCTV systems on locomotives and passenger vehicles, operated by Southeastern Trains. The contract, which is worth in excess of £2.5m, is for the supply and installation of eyeTrain® systems on 148 passenger vehicles on two classes of locomotive. Deliveries are expected to commence in early 2011 and to be completed by the end of that year. Commenting on the award, Petards Chief Executive Bill Conn said, "We are delighted to be working with Transys Projects Ltd on the upgrade of the Southeastern Trains rolling stock. This is a significant contract for us and the award again demonstrates the strong position that Petards holds within the rail industry and that customers value both the flexibility and rail-proven nature of our eyeTrain® product."

[SXX] Announced recently that its wholly owned subsidiary, Dakota Salts LLC ("Dakota Salts"), has acquired a further 1,220 net mineral acres of lease areas adjacent to its existing properties in North Dakota. The new acreage has been acquired from multiple unconnected owners for nominal initial cash payments per mineral acre with royalty payments due on mining production in line with industry norms. The Company now controls some 8,645 net mineral acres (35 SqKm) of lease areas overlying the Williston Basin, having an overall land position of approximately 19,847 gross mineral acres (80 SqKm) within North Dakota.The Williston Basin currently accounts for approximately a third of global potash production.

[SXX] Board expanding with more talented experts in the field. Announced today the appointment of Don Dickie and Mark Arundell to the Company's Geological Team. Mr Don Dickie brings 35 years of potash and salt mining experience to the Company, his work having included the development of underground caverns through solution mining. Don originally began his career as a geologist within Domtar's salt division, Sifto, before progressing to be Production Superintendent, Mine Superintendent and Operations Superintendent at Sifto's multi-million tonne a year Goderich salt mine in Ontario. He was then appointed Plant General Manager for the Compass Minerals/Sifto Canada Inc. salt solution mining facility in Nova Scotia, Canada. Based in North America, Mr Dickie will initially be focused on Sirius's North Dakota potash mining and energy storage project. He holds a BSc. in Geology from Acadia University. Mr Mark Arundell is a consultant geologist based in Western Australia and has 25 years of professional geoscientific experience. As a Principal Geologist within Rio Tinto's Industrial Minerals Exploration division, Mark was responsible for green field exploration projects for potash, trona (soda ash) and talc in Australia, India and SE Asia. He was previously a Senior Geologist at North Ltd, and RGC Exploration Pty Ltd. Mr Arundell holds a Masters of Economic Geology from the University of Tasmania.

I resorted to publishing this "17 Nov '10GedWDistorted market...0.25No Opinion The market continues to hike up the ask price but chooses to leave the bid at previous sessions low, causing a huge widened spread. Anyone buying at .27 and above in this flaky market will be kissing and locking good monies away for now, a rise of over 40% is needed in order to cover buy/sell costs and spread. A 40% rise is a historic mountain to climb in this stock. A long term high risk view should be the order of the day in my opinion. So far there has been no hints or mutterings to suggest this stock is in for a re-rating soon, everything appears to hinge on a one off large recent contract win that will have a marginal impact on profitability as suggested by the industry recently, where margins in this competetive sector are minimal.". As per normal, I was bar hum bugged for my opinions. Let me say this. [PPR] directors must pull their socks up pretty damn quik otherwise they will lose the business to market economics or be squashed by a rival, it is my belief the board is running out of options other that take investors for a humengous ride and ask for more subscription monies"

[KLG] In the current economic/political/natural climate, it would need some special share enhancing news for this sector to push prices beyond recent highs.. [KLG] After an not so surprising catch up with other potential coal resource companies. political/military events around that area have caused concerns for energy supplies. Two recent explosions within major coal workings have peversely put pressure on remaining stocks/potential and real. Lock in profits and run remainder for free. Churn profits on any weakness in share price. A medium to long term play.

[IDOX]The Group finished the year strongly and now expects to report EBITDA and normalised pretax profit ahead of market expectations and well ahead of the 2009 financial year. Normalised pre-tax profits exclude amortisation, exceptional items and share based payments. [SLG] This corporate announcement today announces a significant order win. In the context of continued recessionary pressures, Government spending cut backs and keen competetive corporate tendering this contract will prove to be a milestone in the history of this underresearched and ignored stock by the "city". It announced development funding for this project on 3 March 2010. Sarantel successfully develop a customised antenna solution to meet strict size, performance and weight requirements. The antenna will address an existing and large market, offering higher performance and lower cost than the existing solution. David Wither, CEO of Sarantel said: "This is a very significant milestone for us, reached with a very important customer. Our entire engineering organisation was challenged by this development and we were able to deliver a highly innovative, high performance solution in a unique low cost rugged housing. "This antenna solution opens up a significant new market for the company and we expect the sales of this product to impact materially revenues next year."
