It's all about credibility ? Once a fellow poster is shown disrespect by calling them idiots, for suggesting the 17th May float would no happen. and then go on to rubbish their posts, and still shout out 21p or 40p "next sessions" then they have lost credibility, and mutual respect ?
Common sense of then fundamentals clearly sowed PIRI was overvalued. PIRI still showing weakness,. But those who have invested heavily will still persist in bigging up the share price on no fundamental evidence, but hope, speculation, and conjecture.

Ashok presumably reduced holdings by selling off 2mns 4p Warrants recently, bought them at 4p sold at probably 9.5p. Nice tickle profit ?

What is the current value ?

PS! Warrants being dumped, in droves 2,000,000 yes 2millions recently. If PIRI has so much upside due ? Why dump now ? Why not wait for 21p or 40p ? Don't be coy but hands up those who think GedW is an idiot buying or topping up now based on all Corporate available information. GedW is using recent profits after selling a chunk at 17p to buy in if the strategy fails then neutral at 5p. But still running massive profit after buying in at sub 2p. You make your mind up. Some still looking for 21p just to break even .

PIRI now has to deliver on its speculative and alleged Corporate upside with strong positive and tangible upside to warrant the current Market Cap

Can you see what GedW has done there. Set the hypers to bite back and agree GedW was and is correct on every front, but not necessarily in that order. Dare GedW say a n alleged secondary fund raising offering has been in the pipeline for a while now, purely speculative, but that is what listed Companies live for ?

Third person GedW told prospective and heavily investors that the float for 17th was "alleged". What an idiot they said. So who was idiotic buying on such alleged timescale at massively overpriced stock valuation? Not GedW. You see GedW comes from a Corporate background of 40 years plus and knows that all publicly available, and all known information is and will always be built into the current share price. Those that are on catch up will end up losers. Having said that PIRI, skoosh, presents a value stock at current levels tinged with speculative valuation.

Thoe that bought high have lost bundles, even shareholders have lost loads buying in at 17p are annoyed ? Even those that told gullible investors to buy in have lost at least £25, 000? Tell Ged W that that is incorrect. Not many buyers of alleged shoert stock bought in Friday, knowing full well that a float of an investee company will makes riches beyond net asset value. COBBLERS. Marvellous ! Rattle the egos of those who have a great deal to lose if PIRI cannot prove that all near future investee upside is already built in, then go out and buy more stock to make a feckless point ? Then tell the world how they "got at " GedW third person by buying more stock at hyped up prices ?. Oh Boy how they jump through the hoops and take credit for raising the share price, only for others to trade on their egoistic justifications. GedW is supposedly on filter, but has the ability to animate those who plaster their dealings to all a sundry. GedW keeps powder dry, trades to suit market sentiment, made bundles and not locked in. Only a week to go ? the question posed is how much of next week's float is already priced in ? None some or all ? There is too much of a disparity between NAV and MC. GedW third person. Please pump up the price and do a favour?

Hi: It has now proved correct 20p/21p was far fetched on then fundamentals, even share price of 40p was being banded about. But it would by those with an invested interest. GedW did not believe in such "pie in the sky" projections. With a NAV just over £2Mil and a MK of £17Mns there is more than enough near future price enhancing news already built in. PIRI cannot survive on speculative investments, it requires solid income or solid capital growth from its investments. So far it appears upside is priced in. But this is just an proven observation and objective opinion.

Hi MasterRSI: How much will that flow down to the Market Cap of PIRI ? How much of that publicly available information is already foreseen in PRI's valuation ? None of it ? Some of it ? All of it ?

Hi Techtronic. If your belief is true, then PIRI has cleared out a bit of dross for a far more lucrative investment. So what was once an investment to untold fortune has been turned into something less so certain ? Or is GedW reading things wrong here. The share price appears to be fully valued on all known publicly available informatio. Analysts are still not jumping on this alleged perceived undervalued stock.

Hi vbeckers: You may be granted further opportunity to buy in cheaper if the current performance of YOP is any indication of direction. Weak is not the word ? But hey ho you buy high and price falls you cry buy lower or low you when price hits new highs crow. Either way every one tries to convince others they called it correct based on future performance.

One ! would have imaged this post and link would have had a positive impact on the share price ? But then again the Market anticipated all available information. Something unknown and spectacular would need to be announced before the share price of PIRI shakes off its current narrow band. Just an opinion as valid as any other !

There is irony here ? If on filter, how can messages be responded to ? Got cages rattled that take this share far too personal by the looks of things. Reality been succinctly voiced.

Has this alleged IPO already been priced in ? My guess that the City will not be caught off guard. There is no insider information here ? As has been agreed this is an efficiently priced share, with all known information priced in. Thos that filled their boots back in 2017 can now trade in and out nicely taking advantage daily market sentiment. Those that have already bagged massive profits since first extoling the re-invented virtues of this share can trade nicely. Those that caught out previous and need 21p+ to be in profit can hope and prey the upcoming alleged IPO's are not diluted with Corporate share holder dilution restraints.

Share price is ticking up nicely since first reporting on this tiddler. With 250 thousand shares bought this session, with previous buys, indicating some interesting upside due. A Good Nice Clean Shell waiting for a predicted substantial uptick.

Market still not convinced in the hype. City still prepared to mark the share price with all known information priced in. Not yet convinced of 21p or even 40p speculation. If you believe in 21p or 40p then fill your boots and put pressure on the share price an stock availability.
