Surprised Company has not issued a statement along the lines "...we know of no reason for share price rise...." or "...the Company has no comment re recent press speculation..." With such a meteoric share price rise, one would have thought that might have prevoked a Corporate statement ?
Judging by the volume of shares bought in the last few trading sessions, and increased Holdings announcements, suggesting these number of shares tightly held has increased. This will surely have an impact on supply and demand. Two possibilities, share price should rise as availability tightens, or a secondary offering to meet demand and so take the froth off. Either way there is an appetite from buyers to take or improve stakes ?
I really should have also said, what if share price rose to the dizzy heights of 20p. No one expects that, or do they ? 14p is the alleged current target from some quarters, but so far the Market continues to support sub 4p.
Can any one care to speculate on the share price this time next week or January 31st ? Say for example the share price went to 6p or even 14p , would you lock in alleged profits, or keep holding hoping SP rises on hype for a higher rise on "momentum". Some risk averse will sell , some speculators will be convinced and buy into rise, hoping for more rise. But what happens when froth fades and SP drops back to reality 3p/share ? You get "I should have sold at ?p" I should have held" "I got out with profit" Etc after the event hindsight in hand. Those who hold substantial holdings are best placed to answer the conundrum as they have presumably "seen the future" of the investee companies performance, pitched against Corporate Finance restraints that potentially can scupper share price rises.
My opinion is Corporate analysts very rarely miss a golden opportunity to pick out golden opportunities to highlight stars of the future. So far has not attracted such substantial independent universal interest. Why? If PIRI is allegedly scheduled to rise 4 fold share price, then why are not many City Analysts all over this like a rash ? I can envisage a new round of cash calls from all of the investors and investees long before PIRI shareholders see any material uptick in the share price. Yes market value will increase, but only at the compromise of further share issues at lower prices than prevailing, allowing those indulging in placings to trade out with a profit. That is Corporate Finance. I may be proved wrong, but this scenario has been played out many many times before as Corporate history proves it.
Continue believing in "pie in the sky" world. GedW will live in Corporate reality world ?
The 6p valuation has been here before from a similar source ? There is no independent City valuation indicating 6p or otherwise. Should 6p be reached, presumably history will repeat ? A secondary offering and or shares being sold by private investors. Either way should this play out, the share price will come back to realistic current levels. There is no independent valuations on PIRI as a guide to investment strategies. What would be preferred is some indication of concrete proof of Portfolio appreciation
I swear that I saw a £6,800 trade go through, but now not showing ?
Share price has marked time for a while so something or someone has pressed the right button > Perhaps a mistake ?
Now why would the share price uptick in the middle of a trading session on no news and on nothing share trades ? Interesting !
This time next year Pires will have over 300 millions issued shares ? All issued at lower than prevailing market price. Those that altruistically help the Company out by investing, in those "placed" shares will bag a nice tidy profit when they sell out into the market not long after, leaving the Market to find anyone willing to buy at current market price, with added commission. So far PIRI has not materially benefited from alleged "good" investments, indeed the share price weakens, but the placees have done very nicely. Follow the hype, but follow the profit takers ?
Looks like it is going to to take more to kick start the share price. £65,000 And a promotional Press Release appears not to have impressed the City Market traders. Perhaps a secondary share placing might do the trick ?
PIRI is following the well trod Corporate path. Ever increasing "PLACINGS" at a discount to prevailing share price. Placees reduce holdings or transfer and or sell at any sign of profit into the market, leaving ordinary shareholdings heavily diluted. In the end the Company finds itself with billions of shares in issue, and the share price languishing in the doldrums, the placees allegedly reduce substantial holdings with placing profits already Banked. TFirstly the Company has to come up with a proven income stream, or a continuous profit from its investments. preferably would like to see internal growth rather than share placings growth. No-one is alleging this will happen to PIRI, but so far the Corporate script is being followed.
Those that are paid to value Companies for the Market and their bosses only use results not the rhetoric. Company valuations may be dependant on actual physical tangible Assets. If PIRI had a constant and consistent Income stream, then this can be valued far higher than "prospective" Income. It is not unusual for valuations of 5x Income streams. It is those investors that buy shares "in hope". that buy on rhetoric The Market is a past master in diluting those hopeful investments, long before the City has taken its profits ?
Although PIRI has some excellent potentially lucrative investments. PIRI does not have a tangible regular income stream which better attracts the attention of the "City" when valuing Companies, as income is more transparent. Once the Investee Companies prove that their business model increases income and PIRI exploites the increased income stream, then PIRI will remain allegedly undervalued.

The Analysts are taking their time to evaluate this Company by the looks of things ? If the sp is 6p it would be there by now. The Market is still taking its time to value this Company on fundamentals. But if PIRI continues to become cash rich, it is only a matter of time for take off.
The PIRI shares can be bought at 2.14 at current mid. Ridiculously undervalued on cash generation as announced today.
Not certain if the Market has done its homework on this one yet ? Monies soon in the Bank will make this tiddler so cash rich re market capitalisation is too wide a gap not to get noticed. Sooner but later is ok. If PIRI continues to rake in sound investments, then the sky is the limit.
Hi everyone. Been waxing lyrical about PIRI for a while now. I firmly believe PIRI represents one heck of an undervalued and underrated stock in my honest opinion. Certainly a Company worth following.
