URA. Hi jixon, Too many sellers, price sliding, nothing going for it yet, as I said unless this PLC can come up with a deal soon the FSA will move in and read it the riot act. What is your slant on this. Until either a purchase or reverse takeover is in the wind, there is no point in tying up valuable funds which are utilised in nice little earners elsewhere or pumping funds in yet !

DGM. As predicted in Wednesday's footprints. Strong selling but only a marginal uptick in share price. as long as this stock remains at its current price Buyers will be in for a feeding frenzy. I am not alone in suggesting that this stock is well undervalued. I will wait and see. I am a holder of this stock.

EPO. Maybe I was a bit too doubting when I posted my footprint Wed 15.41pm. The shares have shown a strong showing today despite a small number of shares traded. I am pleased that the recent weakness has been reversed. Directors and Fund Holders bought in at 38P

CYB. With the lack of news and any sizeable share dealings. It is puzzling that these shares are rising and have risen by 6% as I write. This stock has been underrated, in my mind, for far too long. Maybe the small rise today is just a correction. I have not heard anything on the grapevine yet?

ARX. My buy signals have decided to nervous about being a holder and looking to top up. Will probably get back in while the price is low. If the news of the AA and Virgin deals are in the price, then pity help us !!!

ARX. Hi weejock. Yes it is official margins are tight in this admitted competetive business. But more to come on both plays. Keeps me on my toes at least.

ADE. If I was a golfy sporty person, which I have been known to play a round or two. I would have got my friends around me on a Tuesday to plan a Golf Weekend nice and cosy like, and I would have let it known who was indulging. Then by the following Tuesday I would have settled back after a good long fund packed weekend discussing with my friends my future investment plans, all educational of course, if any of my friends decided to join in my euphoria in predicting the next big share price movement, who am I to protest, it does me no harm, in fact it enhances my investment. I look forward to many more golfing weekends. All the best with this 18 holer.

HHO. There are no significant trades to get excited over today, but lots of smallish run of the mill "bread and butter" trades. I would, at this stage be looking for trades in the Millions or "Single, off the card, Transactions". Look also for cross or market maker to market deals, dead giveaways that there is some conniving deals going on, and something is afoot.

ADE. The Listing Rules are specific. Rule 9 states that inter alia "A Company must Notify the RIS without delay of any major new development in "its Sphere" of activity..... that will lead to substantial share price movement ( who decides what is substantial ) I have hyphonated the quotes deliberately, because it seems to me Companies seem to think that share option et al negotiations are not in the sphere of activity warranting a LR 9 RIS announcement. The FSA should either change the Rule or dictate to Companies All Negotiations which might effect the 2substantial" share price movement should be notified to the RIS. Am I right or wrong. You tell me!!!. Maybe if any of the FSA "policemen" read this, perhaps you could take my comments on board for the Board !!!!

ZIM. This Co will be preparing to sift through the books of NMT PLC. There is nothing to stop another suiter stepping in and NMT will have to show them the same courtesy as offered to ZIM. In fact there is nothing to stop NMT from turning on ZIM and biting it on the bum in a takeover approach. Due Diligence is the order of the day right now.

ADE. Can I refer you to my footprint 4th Aug, in which i quote "The Directors know of no reason for the volatile share price" oh yeh. They must have known then that they were negotiating Share Options. Ben Margolis has been granted options over 3.75M ISC @4p being mid-market price 24th Aug. As I keep banging on about, there is always someone in the know who is prepared to deal. Options exercisable as from 25th Aug 2005 to 24th Aug 2015.

DGM. As a result of my enquiry to DGM regarding Part V1 Companies Act 1985 Substantial ISC Holdings. It is confirmed that I Spire PLC holds 17.52 of the ISC of DGM Plc.

HHO. Just to pick up on kenny's last posting. Yes some trades postings do not tally with live "actual prices". lse have now asterix the Buy/Sell. But it was always understood that these prices were only a guide. If ones investment strategy is purely based on bid/offer price as quoted here ( which is always lags behind by at leat 15mins) then this is not the site to visit. I like to bounce off my ideas and absorb your views. At the end of the day what is quoted on these pages is only a small part of an elaborate investment decision equation.

HHO. Hi debbie. The LSE monitors all situations and with the FSA Police watching all situations very closely. Nothing can escape them. Mr KM's Advisers will make sure that he respects the Rules and complies to the letter. The Board of HHO will also be looking closely to see if an intented Bidder trips themselves up by non complience with the Rules. It is up to us to be vigilent because we will be the last to know unless we look for those tell tale trades. Do you get my drift?

HHO. Hi debbie, thanks for the footprint. No it is not possible for "in Concert" trades to escape the Rules. All individual trades and all in concert accomplice trades have to be declared to the Board. Even private buys have to be declared. So whatever Mr KM does to increase his holding it has to be reported with no exceptions.

AD. Just shows you how an out of favour stock can quickly pick itself up and dust itself down. Good call tim20006. Are you voyeuring or recovering recent weakness or did you bottom fish at 58p bid? I am slightly distracted, the covers are on at the mo so I am typing this in haste half listening to pundits at the Ashes today Live. I have tickets for the Oval.

HHO. Lots of trades of similar value. We will not expect to see any 1M+ buys until the SARs rules permit, I would expect the next move to happen Tuesday/Wednesdayish. Mr KM will want the share price to have fallen back by then. A trend has developed. I would ask you to let me know of what i call a "blink" trades outside the recent norm.

ERX. Thanks sharedealer100. A very interesting development and insight. All I can add that the Board must have been in total disarray and it looks like a bit of infighting. If there are churlish vengence trades going on that can't be good for the members.

OILQ. With Northern Petroleum shares on the ascent today. I say OILQ will follow suit soon.

ARX. Headline ARX release. Good news this order from Virgin, however, the news that new container sales margins unlikely to be satisfactory & less than projected. Is this a quasi profits warnings? The shares today have responded well.
