IPX. With only 36M ISC. Steady buying is causing the share price to rise. 60% riser since Monday.

SHC. It was announced this morning at 8.40am. That SHC has entered into a reverse takeover and conditional agreement to acquire the entire ISC of Aspen Clean Fuels Ltd and all its Subsidiaries. The Consideration being £15M to be satisfied by the issue of Ord shares of 10p/share.

SHC. with a recent gain of 4.8%. Expect some announcement soon regarding a reverse target for this cash shell.

CS. A surge in profits has lifted the shares today. With the past troubles behind it and growing economies demand for steel spiralling. This is a sure fire winner for the moment.

NVE. With an annual turnover of £25M, with a projected uplift of 30% annually. Macquirie Bank is in with a JV. Developing Windpower sites as well as Landfill gas & Biomass organic material projects.

SHP. Canada has lifted a ban on Adderall XR. relief of Attention Defecit Disorder. Now "are we paying attention". Then Go.

"SHARES" this week pp 26-27 mention Pipex as an ISP provider is a possible target for the owners of networks such as the likes of C&W, BT, Colt, Easynet, Thus et al. This share is prime plucking material, be in it to win it !.

TMN. I have not been a follower of this stock. But I can put a footprint here which you may be use to you. If you havn't read yet. 100K shares were transferred from BHtoWT. Now 1) Mr Ben Heaton holds 3.15M of the ISC or 7.83% of stock. 2) Mr Warren Taylor owns 0.5M or 1.38% of ISC. These holdings were announced 22nd Aug. Although they were transfers

SCR. Hisleighty. There is no drilling update yet that I can find, apart from the update late July. However, you may have heard that Allastair Clayton has recently increased his stake to 8.2M of the ISC to 7.06%. If I hear any more I will post a footprint here.

TAL. Hi chan, good to hear you are back in the fray again after your break. TAL's Management have lifted year on year Turnover from 60% to 75%. So your hunch/insight has rewarded you and will do so for some time. All the best.

ZYZ. This Company's share price is no indictment of prosperity. In fact like Eirx it has made euphamistic "paupers" of its shareholders. Its value has fallen less than that of eIRX. Mr Melvin good on yer you have offloaded your EIRX holding, they say there is always one out there !! "best of luck" !!!

IDD. Herald Investment Trust Now holds 9.2% of ISC as a result of a loan Note Conversion and sale of existing holdings. Now holds 100M voting ISC.

ZYZ. If Billam was not prepared to continue its investment in Eirx. After all Eirx is supposed to be on the cusp of patent approval. There are too many unanswred questions here Then why does ZYZ think it can succeed? where Billam failed. Maybe Mr Bill Melvin should be asked the obvious searching questions.

ERX. Bill Melvin former Director of Eirx Sold his holding to ZygyZygZig or whatever they call themselves, sounds like some offering from the defunct Spice Girls. Maybe this is the Company Bill Melvin has hitched his flag. Tell me more, tell me more!!!

EPO. I guess that the500K+ sale just after 2oclock today has just pulled the rug from under my tentative optomism. I feel so sorry (chuckle chuckle) for those Grey Suited "in the know" Directors and Investment Gurus" who bought in at 36p.

DGM. Answer my own quandry. Directors made a bundle selling options at less than prevailing market price. Some heavy selling, perhaps locking in profits depressing price only to buy back in the run up to good profits announcement 6th Sept. Maybe !!!

DGM. Yawn, Yawn, Yawn. Days of heavy selling price drifts pre Trade Statement Announcement. Then steady days of Buying. However, Directors did decide to ditch shares via exercise of Options ( these sales are outside the scope of Director's Dealings in Close period"). So maybe the Interim profits are to be less than expected and turn out to be a load of tosh. What is your view?
