YOO. Now that the bad profit news has been digested by the market. The share price should now reflect this. With buyers in all morning. Apart from a bit of follow up in the media tomorrow, I am looking at the recent news flow, I cannot see how the share price weakness can continue. It was always envisaged that the contract wins repoerted a couple of months ago would not manifest themselves until 2006, this was common knowledge. So I find it hard to believe and incredulous that the market price has responded so negatively to this expected news.

ARX. There have been loads of trades at top end price today whereby buyers are now locked in showing paper losses. If you want another go at this wait until sellers cut losses and mop up the tears. I have no idea why the share price took off this morning and fell back later today. But I for one took full advantage. If news comes this way then I will run with my remaining holding.

ARX. Buying this morning at 7,05p now time to lock in profits at 8p

ARX. There have been plenty of buying at the normal market size of 50K here. Plenty of buying at top end. Underlying strengh in dealings.

ARX. Turned a negative fall earlier today into positive territory. Buyers steaming in taking advantage of weakness.

DGM. The answer to your question is all laid bare in the various bits of Corporate Governance Rules ie. Companies Act 1985 Part 1V, UKLA Listing Rules, The City Code on Takeovers and Mergers and The Rules Governing Substantial Acquisitions of Shares.

DGM. There is a whole lot of Corporate difference between what a Company is worth compared to what value the stock market places ie Market Capitalisation. Sometimes it depends on a whole host of external factors, never previously built into the previous share price, one of the main issues is how badly does any third parties want the Company? and how much are they prepared to pay for the privilage. As a shareholder myself, it is a question of how much am i prepared to accept for my shareholding, the maximum I would hope within the constraints of market forces and the majority shareholder's decision.

DGM. Where does the last 6month average share price come into the equation of pitching any takeover Bid. The Company DGM is an investment based on fundamentals not on historic share price. Indulge me on this issue.

PTC. Reinvest DAG profits. Weakness here despite good newsflow. News has not received any press coverage, but time will correct that.

DAG. After such a good run, I am inclined to sell a few and lock in last trading sessions' profits so far. If the price falls back, which it may well do, use profits to buy back in when price is right.

DGM. Those shares went somewhere. They could not have just disappeared. For every seller there is a Buyer and vise versa.

DGM. As nice as Bognor is this time of year. I am waiting for the buyer of the 10M shares bought last week to show their hand, there is still time. The rules about announcing "is interested" holdings still apply, that is, if it was a previous reporting situation and the holding has bheen increased then they have until early next week's close of business to cause for an announcement to be released. If no such announcement made I will assume then some member dealt those shares whose total holding as a result < 3%. If this happens I may book my trip to warmer climes.

ZGP. I repotyed some footprints ago that I read in a newsapaper that there was some talk of a Pipex interest. But nothing came of it. But what is surprising is that Z Group shares have been moving up, even today a riser of 4p. Pipex have today announced a N3 contract win. Coincidence! I do not believe in co-incidences.

PTC. What is a co-incidence is that DA Group shares have risen by 4p today. Just thought I would drop that tentative link into here.

PTC. These shares are Bid price selling at 1.30p no way can you get a broker to execute sell at prices above 1.30p. So those sells 1.40p+ must be buys.

PTC. Just because trades are designated on this site as a buy or sell does not meen that they are what this site says they are. They often wrongly designate a trade. I HAVE MANY INSTANCES OF PERSONAL EXPERIENCE THAT THAT IS A FACT, I also know from fellow footprinters they have experienced the same. So yes a sale can be a but and vise versa.. So I will repeat what I have said before, this site is only a piece of the jigsaw in making investment decisions.
