DGM. There is a whole lot of Corporate difference between what a Company is worth compared to what value the stock market places ie Market Capitalisation. Sometimes it depends on a whole host of external factors, never previously built into the previous share price, one of the main issues is how badly does any third parties want the Company? and how much are they prepared to pay for the privilage. As a shareholder myself, it is a question of how much am i prepared to accept for my shareholding, the maximum I would hope within the constraints of market forces and the majority shareholder's decision.
