At 12p the shares were undervalued and at around 40p time to take profits. The share price has since fallen so my decision was the correct one to make at the time. I will not be re- investing in this Co.

Just to remind you I footprinted the offer on 1st November, the offer was at 48p/share I suggested that the sp should rise 233%, no-one followed up on that. Then the offer was revised to £16.9Mns I re-iterated my stance that the share price was undervalued, again no-one followed me with footprints. Then the share price rose to around 40p I suggested selling. I have never once suggested buying at 40p but I applaud your stance here. My opinion for what it is worth. It is no longer the share for me but might be a lucrative investment to others. investment

I advised selling at circa 40p because momentum buying took the illuid share and forced them to that level, I am buying and selling shares to make money not watch a Company sell Alcohol to the far east markets. Selling at 40p was the best option. I even suggested that those still in would be stuffed. Who am I to dictate you can lead the horse to the watering hole but you cannot force it to drink !!!!

I had access to the same information as anyone else. I read, as you did the shares were 12p and an offer, in place put the shares at an alleged 52P and everyone piled in with access to the same information as me. I have been following shares for the best part of 30 years and I think I know when to buy and sell shares based on publicly available information and momentum buying traits. I had no additional information other than that. But the I believe in my heart of hearts there is no way I would invest here now. I flagged this up 1st November and not one footprinter followed me !!!!! I suggested selling at around 40p purely on experience. The rest is history. Been footprinting on lse since 2005. I do not make things up I just impart information and never divulge my trades. I want fellow footprinters to make money from my footprints and attempt to minimise losses. I fail most of the time...That what makes you and I different, I do take time to read the threads I have read everyone since the early days...

Hi steamer. I had all the time in the world. I footprinted both here and on my "Hotties" in the General Chat area. I had all the timer in the world to watch this share rise to a heady level and had time to suggest focus selling before the fall. That was not incredible it was after following this stock before all the conflab hit the fan so to speak. This stock I followed right from the start so to speak. My opinion after years of investing is that it will lead current stock holders into a cul de sac

In answer to your question I advised getting in at 12p and advised getting out at 40p ish. see first few pages of footprints. This share is a humingous dog from here on in. If that is a definition of deramping I will de-ramp in capitals A DOG share once you have given up your stock certificates.

It is GedW, but no matter. How can you de-ramp a stock that has no uncertain future. My question is "Will the shares be marketable after the buy-out" a very straight forward question. My answer would be no, not on any UK exchange. !!!! If that is deramping, I will add it to my list of definitions !!! so wind your neck in.

What does that meen for ignoramisies like me. I did not understand or interpret a wod of share enhancing news from any of that !!!

How marketable will the shares post acquisition?

There is absolutely no point in continuing with this one. At no time has any of the Sponsors of the offer confirmed that there will be a market for your shareholding, but have certainly explained, in detail, the risks of you losing everything. In fact there will not be one available. The moment came at 12p/share and went at 40p/share. Those still in at deadline will never see their holdings materialise into cash.

Has been quietly mopping up stock in Real Estate Investors plc RLE to the tune of 24.34% after buying up 82,915,000 of the ordinaries.
