In the hope of buying back tomorrow ?
Is it me ....as I struggle with what these RNS forms are all about sometimes
But is it Finance houses jumping on the bandwagon here speculating that the SP will go higher because of the potential Bidding War....
Also think that Mr Ashley bought around this level and he wont want to sell at this level
66.35 for me please
Thanks
Isn't " Brings to a Conclusion " the Operative words in respective of Petrofacs involvement....

That PFC will have to have put processes in place that would have been scrutinised by the appropriate authorities. To demonstrate that everything reasonably practical is in place to stop mal business practice from happening in the future.
These cases are from the past and prior to the PFC investigation and fines being paid by the company. The case is closed and cannot be reopened surly can it ?
Thanks for coming back to me here Johnny.
I know what you mean..am just concerned that once again a great deal of PFCs header "Subject Matter" are negative for Investors. (particularly this mornings )
Your response does however make a great deal of sense an again I thank you for that

Good look with your trading
Kind regards

Hi Johnny
I may stand to be corrected but thought you were Long PFC.
I've read with intrest all your posts regarding the TR1 timing and regulations and clearly your a clever guy with your finger On the ball
Communicating with PFC I.R. is one thing together with your opinion as to there response
Reporting this to the FCA however is another. How do you think that Shareholders can benefit from this? ..
For me as a shareholder I want PFC focusing fully on their work in progress
Hopefully you won't take this the wrong way ?

That if you owe the bank a negligible amount of money your indebted to them but if you owe the bank a significant amount of money they are indebted to you ....or words to this effect
Another one is why (and its already been stated) would the like of BP and other blue chip businesses be contractually involved with PFC if there was any doubt that these contracts would not be fulfilled..Any doubt would come out under due diligence
Buyer by Profession ended up in Global Oil Company Sales role
Good luck all shareholders

Same goes for me I wish you well here and that's a phenomenal life changing stake if i comes good...
I have a sizeable stake here albeit not at your level as i once got my fingers burnt with Marconi..I was that cross with myself that I took a sabbatical off from trading for 8 years. I didn't become bitter and twisted and didn't share it with anyone...too embarrassed..but came back and traded it back and some.
Also took a haircut with Afren which I bought a stake in after reading a 2 page spread in Investors Crapital
I'm hanging on here because of the size of the order book and the RNS of 20th Dec
