Thanks for info here.....Can you tell me what happened with the builder in terms of your exposure when you couldnt complete within their stipulated 4 weeks ...Did it cost you
Thing is I proved to builder that I am l have the funds to buy for cash ...but as you would understand I do not want to liquidate any Equity running losses ..as I obviously prefer to trade my way out of them

Saw the new build show house of our dreams...but developer stipulates 42 days exchange of contracts..my guess is very difficult to achieve even if we put our house on the market at 10% less than last Julys valuation...whilst the developer has had 10% gain on his show house over last two years...
Appreciate if any one has had a simillar experience here ..alternative pile it high into Glen ..sit back and say a prayer ???
