Reserved the house yesterday driven by best financial descision for Mrs and Kids...but have to say its kicking off as wife now decided she doesnt want to go..weve lived here 40 plus years .

We are about to buy a new build....my wife noticed tonight that there are 5 man holes in the front garden.. Me beiing naive said dont worry we will cover them up with cut out false turf so they are accessabille... My wife said hey want if we are taking on everybody elses potential sewage problems. My wife could be right.. her Dad was a builder whereas i couldnt put a mirror on tge wall.

Mail on Sunday article promting Yields on Divi payers...Misleading IMO as it does not warn against posible retracements to the SP to the value of the Divi onthe day they go EX Div....Naughty IMO but lets see if there are some retail buyers who will hopefully push the SP higher this week...
