With the strength of the order book....having secured a healthy staged payment ....the appointment of guru to handle shoring up the balance sheet and a big recruitment policy.....these IMO are not the actions of a company that's Not going to make it through.

After all its deemed improper to trade if facing insolvency, punishable by massive fines loss of future Directorships and this is hardly likely given recent investigations again IMO

FWIW Reality...I don't think Orange works for them..I think his posts are very informative and whilst bullish a lot more balanced to the Bearish posts prior to Dec 20th

FWIW .....My LBO was filled at less than the price I set it at ....but still could be premature and will ride it..

Interestingly I still kept going to market and not able to receive a live quote..

I couldn't see the transaction for what seemed ages yet my balance had been reduced..so knew the order had been filled...

Cracking threads Oilhead..really interesting observations here...

I fancy the Shorters have been in work during Twixmas...and whilst I fancy adding ..I guess those who bought from the 16s and well done them ..maybe tempted to crystallise their profits

My big concern is having to come up with funds should there be a fund raise in the New Year..

Interested in anyone's views on this

Thing is I am in touch with a quite wealthy guy in the South East of England ..reckons was buying tranches when SP was circa 16p ish..allledigidly ended up spending 75k ...and drip fed sold today and now standing on the sidelines ..wow once I've done the maths that coukd be quite healthy ..

The most sensible thread I've read this morning re Shorters were the real winners thus far ...albeit they should be at work now managing there way out of those positions still open....and that could be a challenge IMO

Dont agree that shorting should be banned as it adds to volatlity which increases trading opportunities

I trimmed a tranch cob Thurs as i will have to work hard averaging / trading up and down to chase my running losses.....just like the shorters will do!

As for the De Rampers ....Yes some were OTT IMO and thankfully the worst of which have disappeared for the time being....the rampers are now acting in reverse are they not?

Regards the SP.....bemused why their wasnt an RNS issued before the 20th to stop the slide in the SP

As for the New year ..wouldnt at all be surprised if there was a call for funding as the Shorters do not seem to have reduced thier positions following the recent well received RNSs which were doubtless well received by holders
