BTW: of the four little ones I am into in a fairly big way, if I only had to pick one, the last one I'd pick is MGNI, due to the fundamental weakness of the company. (These four being MGNI, PERI, TRMR and ACUIF.)

Thank Money I am no longer so arrogant as to believe I know what tomorrow will bring, and I am a strong proponent of diversifying my holdings, both intra-industry and inter-industry. I like to spread my bets out. I don't always win, but I don't always lose, either.

Perhaps, but I ain't buyin' what you posted below. MGNI has a negative return on equity, something in the -25% range.

PERI is larger than MGNI in every metric except market cap and enterprise value. I contend, and I strongly believe, investors here are basically clueless about these two little companies run by very smart people of the Hebrew tribe. As an American, I can tell you, all we really care about over here is making Money. And I am betting I'll make buckets of it in TRMR and in PERI.

Of course it wouldn't be the first bet I lost if things do not pan out.

Having said the above, and as I've mentioned a few times, either here or on other boards, my weakest company of these three is MGNI. At least it has been so far. Sure as eff the current price tells me that thesis is wrong. Oh well, I'll suffer with the consequences of being wrong about that.

BTW Eddie, you can believe me when I tell you I am (and have been) very aware of the interim statement.

It s one of the reasons I've been ranting on about our relative valuation being so low.

I am looking to take a smidge more MGNI off the table. I may end up with 40,000 shares and not a penny into them. Then again, there's always the tax man. Eff the effing tax man. (Something one only says under one's breath, and never to their face.)

Coincidentally, TRMR and PERI are located about 8 miles from one another in Tel Aviv.

Eddie, it's all about CTV at this point. Check out the rate of growth of CTV for PERI (200% YOY), TRMR (ca 100% YOY, ( Acuity (353%YoY) vs. MGNi (51% YOY), and MGNI only had about 12 million in CTV revenue, so it's a small base. Not exciting? If you want exciting, take a crap shoot and go with Elon Musk. That guy is exciting. But I prefer to watch that one from the sidelines.

Note: Not all the companies separate out CTV revenues, making it more difficult to do side by side comps. The smaller the base, the easier it is to achieve high growth rates.

My pal Baldy had a good observation, one I was wondering if it would be commented upon. The fact that PERI is on the NASDAQ doesn't mean it'll get noticed...which it has not, and it probably won't, until it does, if it does. My biggest beef with the AIM is price discovery, spreads, volume, not to mention the fact that it's a total pain in the rear for me to participate.

I've done a side by side comp on the metrics of TTD, MGNI, PERI, TRMR, and others.

I keep harping about us being undervalued relative to TTD and MGNI for a reason: We are. But it is relative. I feel MGNI is overvalued here, so maybe something in the middle.

Of course, as I always say, nobody, especially the market, gives a sheet what I think, believe or feel. Nobody but me, that is.

I doubt the Uber case has anything to do with our share price.

Nobody over here has a clue about this stock, and stocks in the UK are treated nothing like stocks here...because companies over there are run nothing like companies over here, at least for the most part.

I do not believe this Israeli company is not being run like a UK company. More like a hybrid between UK and USA. They're not reaching too far over their skis for growth as a good, all American greedmonger would.

I believe we'll be rewarded...sooner rather than later (whatever that means...say within a year), if we grow as I expect/hope/pray (I pray to the Money God, the only one I have).

That being said, as we all know, the market doesn't give a sheeeet about what any of us think.

By "this one" in my below post, I was referring to MGNI.

This stock is insanely undervalued when compared to MGNI.

I just sold a smidge of MGNI a few minutes ago. As of now, I am up over $675,000 (USD) in this one, and I got rid of ca 30,000 shares a few months ago to buy PERI and TRMR.

So far that trade hasn't worked out all that well, but I am here for the long haul. I shouldn't complain, because both PERI and TRMR are doing quite well over that period, but nothing like my "overvalued" MGNI.

I am sticking to my thesis...TRMR and PERI are insanely undervalued.

I called Stifel here in the USA. The way it is set up, it doesn't help buyers in North America a bit. Maybe later, but I will only believe it when I see it.

As far as the rest of the posts, most are pretty accurate, even the very annoying twit stt1's visit down memory lane.

In the USA, of course a real estate agent representing, say, the seller, will have to interact with the buyer, and if the buyer has an agent, the buyer's agent. But there is a very strict law here, that the agent must sign a disclosure stating whose side they represent. They either act on the behalf of the buyer or the seller. The lines do blur, depending on the agent's morals and ethics, which in many cases are suspect.

Both SSP and DSP are equally "mainstream". It takes two to play, as I am sure you're aware. TTD is DSP, take a look at them, they're a monster. (I own a smidge of TTD, not enough to move the needle, but it has exceeded my wildest "expectations"...shows you what I know about what tomorrow will bring...nothing.)

This should be TRMR now, not in a couple years. I am referring to a comp vs. MGNI.

I own what is to me a fair bit of MGNI (49,000 shares) at an average price of 3.34 USD. I have been accumulating MGNI (then RUBI) since April, 2017. If you compare the metrics of both PERI and TRMR side by side against MGNI, either MGNI is way overvalued, or TRMR, and especially PERI, are way undervalued. Perhaps a combination of both.

This is all about CTV. Our numbers (TRMR's) are much greater, and we're growing faster.

I do not understand why PERI and TRMR are so effing cheap. Fingers crossed that changes.

The number of shares traded on an average daily basis is pathetic with this one.

We can't get off the AIM soon enough, at least not for my liking.

I love the way you on the left project.

One thing for sure, when a lefty points a finger and calls us names, they're only talking about themselves. Same goes when they accuse us of doing something nefarious. They are doing exactly what they accuse us of so doing. It's happened time after time after time, and I now know, from your below post, you are as guilty as the rest.

SW: I have zero faith in our voting system. One thing Trump really brought to light is how incredibly corrupt the US government actually is. The DOJ, FBI, IRS, CIA, Department of State, the Pentagon, all of the bureaucrats in DC, the press...

All of them, corrupt. This includes many of the RINOs, most of the Dems, etc.

Trump was trying to drain the swamp. This was a far deeper task than anyone imagined until now. They're fighting back, they fight hard, and they fight dirty.

Eagle, Trump did not lose one single member of his base. He added close to 10 million votes to his 2016 election, and with the mountains of voter fraud which took place, I'll bet he added a lot more than that.

I live this sheeeet all day, every day, so forgive me if I am so tired of talking about it that I'll let you folks carry on without an American's perspective. Unless I decide to pop in, of course. Sometimes I can't help myself.

As I imagine you're aware, as an American, we don't give much a rat's rear about P/E ratios in young, growing companies. For us it's all about grabbing "real estate" (taking market share). The earnings will follow. Right now it's all about growth, grabbing as much of the market as possible, then putting the squeeze on our competitors.

The above is a very American attitude. Note Amazon for their first 15 years. That one kinda worked out.

I own what is to me a boatload of Magnite, and a tiny bit of TTD. While Magnite was mentioned as one of TTD's CTV partners, TTD also said they partner with many people, so many so they've pretty much the entire CTV market / inventory available.

I think Magnite is over valued, and we're undervalued. Same with Perion, which I also think is dramatically under valued, and which I also own what is to me a boatload.

Seems to me the market doesn't much care what I think, so I'll just hold tight and see where all the chips fall.
