I am an Oregonian. By nature we hate Californians. Eff them. Eff their wines. Eff their entire effing state.

I live in rural Oregon, Oregon wine country. Check out Oregon Pinots in the Willamette Valley (I live on the Willamette River, between Portland and Salem). We make some of the best pinots on planet earth....so eff the French as well.

About the fish...they're all around me. And the State of Washington. I doubt the Californians are smart enough to know how to fish. Seriously, Californians eff up everything they touch.

I've only added a couple thousand shares to one of my brother's accounts over the past month or so.

I've personally been all in for several months now...just watching how this plays out.

So far I can't complain...I am up over 117% on the stock and 5% on the pound. Well, I suppose I could complain, but that would make me a total pig.

I just checked in to the chat for the first time today. About a month or so ago, they started to allow me to buy during regular trading hours, so I no longer forced to buy and sell only during the auctions. Now it's a heck of a lot easier.

About the CEO selling a major chunk of his shares. Nobody likes to see this, except their wives, if they're so unfortunate to still have one. But the fact is, CEOs have proven, time and time and time again, to be horrible sellers of their company's stock.

FlyingHorse: Investigating the CEO for stock sale timing would be quite American of you.

If you want to go full-on American, you need to instigate a class action lawsuit. Of course the only "people" who make Money in class action suits are the lawyers, which is precisely the reason for the class action suit.

Unless there is something fundamentally wrong with the company, which I doubt, this will pass. It'll be a big "nothing burger" in short order. If we meet success we'll all see how, once again, insider selling has nothing to do with a company's or a company's stock performance

I rarely add emphasis when I write. This includes the use of exclamation points. I do this to allow the reader to wonder about / figure out my intent.

In this case, your use of all caps to add emphasis to the word "no" is appropriate.

I'll answer your question with a question (which I'll then answer, and there is only one answer).

Q: How much Money is enough?

A: More.

Most of you know how I feel about us (potentially) paying a dividend at this stage of the company's growth....it is totally un-American. Especially a company in this sector; one facing the incredible competition we'll likely face, in a very fast changing, high technology driven sector.

My opinion, about which only I care, is to use the Money to more aggressively grow the biz. There's plenty of time to pay dividends in future years. We need to get this to a multi-billion dollar market cap company with multi-billions in revenues and massive income before we even think about paying dividends. Of course this involves moving to the NASDAQ...but that's another topic altogether.

Now that, my British friends, is how an American thinks about such matters.

Gotta go with both Eagle at 22:26hr on Wednesday and Milhous at 22:53hr same day.

After many years of frustration, I thought blinkx / R-1 was heading further into the kraaaaper, so I sold all but about 7.7% of my original position. Then, by chance (because I still had some shares), earlier this year I noticed what was going on with the new company. I was very surprised, so I did a deep dive, and could not resist, as you guys like to say, "filling up my boots". I did this in numerous tranches, over several months, from late May, 2020, through mid-August, 2020.

Now I am sitting on a profit of 139.6% , in a matter of months...only because I kept an open mind. Perhaps our village idiot ought to try the open mind thing.

That's a healthy chunk of his total.

Of course he'll just have "the board" award him more.

I am loving this price action...as are all longs.

I believe the comment was meant to be taken in jest by the audience, still, it applies to the attitude of many citizens of the USA today...too bad we can't take it a bit more literally, especially in the most litigious of all countries, the USA.

Are we to infer from your post our Village Idiot is not as stupid as he appears? Are you implying he's been bringing up years old talking points (regarding blinkx) to try to drive the price of TRMR down so he can buy on the cheap?

If that's the case, I feel you're giving the moron far too much credit.

Note: his dissertations on how bad we are haven't moved the needle, so if that was his plan, it hasn't worked.

As I love to say, the fundamentals always win in the end.

Of course we're all dead in the end...so nobody wins over the long term. (Being a "long term" investor, I may need to rethink my strategy.)

Perion is the one and only stock I own that's even more undervalued than TRMR.

By my estimates, and I am talking fundamentals relative to their peers, both these stocks are still cheap, cheap, cheap, regardless of the fact that they've both had a really good run over the past couple weeks.

Did I mention I think they're cheap?

By "cheap" I mean I believe they're undervalued.
