This is so common in the US it never gets a mention by shareholders of any experience. As it says, it's a sale to pay tax obligations on vested options, which are considered taxable income. Nothing at all to be concerned about.

Beet greens are delicious. So are curried beets. I am big on curry.

I read a while back you've been here since Autonomy. Same with this old dog. I actually bought into Autonomy after they bought a company I was pretty heavy in that was all about video over the internet, called Virage. That was in 2003. I've been here, in one degree or another, ever since.

I loved Lynch for a long while, and made a boatload of dough off Autonomy. Then I finally figured out, when we all did, that Lynch is a total crook. Oh well.

It's not the beets that 'freshens the air', at least not for me.

The Jerusalem artichokes, also known as Sunchokes, are another story altogether. Look them up on the internet. They are really excellent eating.

One's system gets used to all of them, so the pleasure the act of 'freshening the air' brings goes away with time.

Yes, we shortened that spelling as well. We simply call them beets. After all, everyone who knows anything about beets knows they're a root vegetable.

I am not kidding when I tell you this: my neighbor farmer friends grow beets. I love them. Golden beets, red beets, striped beets, orange beets, I eat 'em all and I love them. In fact I've eaten them cooked in a variety of ways several days per week for the past few months (they're in season). Tonight's going to be sautéed beets with Jerusalem artichokes and Brussels sprouts...all fresh picked (dug) from my neighbor's field.
