I realize you didn't ask me, but I'll throw my two cents in anyway.
I'd bet MSFT would be more interested in PERI. They've a 10 year working relationship ("Strategic Partnership") with PERI, contracted through the end of 2024, PERI was named Microsoft Advertising's 2021 Supply Partner of the Year EMEA a few months ago, and PERI has SORT, which PERI argues (and demonstrates time and again) is a superior solution for the cookieless world, better than Unified ID 2.0 when it comes to privacy, and SORT has been shown to provide, on average, 2X lift in engagement in side by side campaigns run with cookies.
Of course anything can happen. I have a feeling things are going to get very interesting over the next two years or so in this sector.
