I actually added a fair bit of PUBM over the past quarter (down big time...oops), and a tiny bit of APPS.

1) Stock-based compensation for the three months ended March 31, 2022 included $66 million expense related to a long-term CEO performance grant in G&A.

I don't think we have much to worry about re US ad spend being cut for Q3 And Q4 due to mid-term elections. I don't know about Q2, but we have mid-term primaries going on right now, which should help. At least we'll have a lot of insight into Q2 because we're reporting just over half-way through the quarter.

I've adjusted my portfolio. Now SUPER deep in TRMR ADR/ADS units. Fingers, and just about everything else I can cross, will be crossed for 17 May numbers. The valuation is far too compelling for me to not go super deep.

Getting absolutely spanked AH.

They don't care for the guidance.

All kidding aside, I am pretty much in agreement with you. Providing you were saying the market expectations were for TRMR to be losing Money on an operational basis; that's not your call...either way, I'm not there yet.

The Fed are made up of a bunch of really stupid academicians. What's far worse are the morons running our Treasury (Yellen is dumb as a rock) and the total idiots, whomever they may be, who are determining our fiscal policy. It sure ain't stupid Joe. He's so clueless he doesn't know what day it is.

These people are incredible. They're actually proposing increased government spending to help cure inflation. I am not kidding. I am 100% serious. As a matter of fact, they are doubling and tripling down on stupid. They are clueless.

Our metrics fundamentally are much better than MGNI's. MGNI is a debt laden dog, and they talk as if they're King of the Pack...which they're not. The amount of debt they have will affect them even more in an environment of rising rates.

I imagine you already know this.

I think our fundamentals give us a cushion against perceived lack of performance when it comes to organic growth, should that occur. Fingers crossed we beat and raise.

BTW, SNN, coming in at expectations in this market will punish stocks in even good companies. US investors want to see a beat and raise.

Anything less than a beat and raise will get punished, unless expectations are so low that coming within forecasted ranges and not lowering guidance is seen as a beat.

I don't know if that made sense, but I know what I was trying to say...oh well.

Pro forma growth 15%, 27% for CTV. They were in line with mid-point of guidance given during the 4Q CC. They are not living up to the whisper hype.

Look at them compared to PERI.

You also make part of my case for disappointment with your second paragraph. The balance sheet is a train wreck compared to PERI, TRMR, and PUBM.

I am not buying what mgt is selling....I am going to give them a few more quarters to prove themselves, then flush them like you know what if they don't execute.

As I said on the MGNI board:

'Magnite is a dog with fleas compared to Perion.'

And, I'll bet, TRMR. We'll see when they announce.

And, most likely, PUBM. Once again, we'll see when PUBM announces.

We are singing from the same hymnal. I find the amount they awarded themselves nauseating.

We keep buying back shares with our Cash, then classifying then as "dormant", yet the share count of shares with voting rights continues to climb, further diluting us.

I can't imagine why.

I was aware London markets were closed today.

I seriously doubt we're going bankrupt.

At least not any time soon (whatever "soon" means).

It can always go lower (OK, not always, zero is as low as it can go, but that's not going to happen).

So far today we've reached a low of $11.37 per ADR unit, which translates to 453.07 pence.

Valuation down here is crazy cheap on a TTM basis. Fingers crossed these values are insanely crazy cheap after Q1 numbers and guidance.

I've run out of fingers.

Today, within minutes after NASDAQ opening, TRMR ADR units traded as low as $11.50.

At the then current exchange rate of 1.254775 USD/GBP, this translates to 458.25p per common share.

I pray to Money our results and guidance are better than expected, we need all the help we can get.
