If I recall correctly, the top three awarded themselves over 5 million USD for the busted IPO last June.

I don't care enough to go back and look through the filings to be sure of the above, but I am pretty sure I am close, if not under, on that number. I recall at the time I was astonished at how proud these guys are of themselves, and they were going to be sure they were "recognized" in the form of an absurd taking of our Cash by them for a job poorly done.

This is a total joke. Our great leader sold another 107,600 "LOPSU"s to cover tax obligations on all the "LOPSU"s we've awarded him.

Note. We're buying back stock, almost each and every day, with OUR Money. Money is fungible. We, Tremor shareholders, are simply paying his tax bills, this on top of an already extremely generous annual salary in the 7 figures.

Oh, "LOPSU" stands for "Lack of Performance Share Units". Anyone paying attention knows the PSU awards are a joke. Should be a euphemism for "Lack of Performance Share Units".

Strangely enough, when the negative GDP numbers came out at 05:30hr my time, the futures had the markets up 1-2% (depending on the index). They remained constant until the open, but are still up, but barely.

My question of the moment is what happened to the A.I. employees from Kyiv the company moved to other countries (along with their families) before Putin invaded. I wouldn't be surprised if some or many returned to help with the fight. I can't say I blame them. Actually, those are the kind of people I want working for us. Fingers crossed they're all safe.

Where is the "P" in the PSUs?

A PSU is the right to receive a share of Common Stock in the future, subject to continued employment and achievement of performance targets.

What "performance targets" were met? I, for one, fail to see how mgt. has performed to the point we give them literally millions of Dollars in bonus compensation, on top of their already bloated pay packages. This is a joke at our expense.
