Message there is simple then....cut the wage bill ! Base 50% on SP performance.
In fairness though revenues are increasing and with the benefits of FF slowly becoming common knowledge AND the China initiative, I reckon revenue increase will be exponential soon.
Well that's VERY interesting. Looks like that fellow has half decent credentials...

Good to see some interest from these people.
Well the RNS is just out. Quite happy to note that the SP will need to double to reach their purchase prices. So at least there seems to be some incentive. As with all AIM's though I'd like to see a more robust correlation between salary and SP for all management with SP alone dictating Salary of Directors plus !
Does anyone have a handle on just how many "workers" FUM employ and how many managers/Directors ?
No Alf, the question is when will this sunavabitch Moon stop creaming investors for his own personal gain ? SP is managed down while his remuneration is managed up ! He will NEVER manage in such a way that investors benefit.
Hi OX. My interest is as an AVN supporter who many years ago used to make measured, sensible contributions to this and other bulletin boards. But it soon became apparent that in the case of AVN there was an organised campaign of mis-information designed to erode the companies SP. Entities such as Crobe, Head In Sand, South Street etc. (All the same person/organisation) continually posted cunningly disguised derogatory comments about the company, effectively trashing the bulletin boards. This continues to this day. Hence there is little point in posting anything remotely sensible, especially if it presents a positive outlook, as such comments are merely responded too in a negative manner. My day job is as a Telecoms consultant with over 40 years experience which includes Carrier systems, and Commercial viability assessments, as well as setting up networks in Africa. However I see little point in posting anything here other than attempting to disrupt the dark activities of the organised de-rampers. Hence the mostly silly postings. Sadly AVN has been the victim of that person / organisation from almost day one.
The market has over-reacted recently to the obvious delays, but that is exactly what it is....a delay. The potential here is still massive IMHO. Someone big has realised that or else they always have and the bad news distribution was designed to take the SP down. Either way at these ridiculously low prices it's a defo BUY.
