Morning all, good to know that some of you will be making it to the meeting. I'm on me jollies at that time, I live near Newcastle anyway so would be expensive for me. I think the rns states we will have just under 19 million shares in issue after consolidation ? This is a a big plus for me as it does attract investment and any buying and selling of shares have fluctuations in larger increments, just makes it more exciting and easier to follow. Incidentally, does anyone know how many shares will be in public hands if there are only 19 million in issue ? This surely makes alo one of the lowest share holdings on the market !

Just home and noticed I got the e-mail too. Not many options open to us and I guess we will all have to go with it but it looks like it hinges on this, ( copied from the mail :- " Subject to the Leboam Payment being made by 30 September 2017," What happens if that payment isn't made ?

Well Gige, I have to say you may have been right to be suspicious. We are not at the finish line yet so hopefully they will get over it without trampling on us. Others are right too, if it does go tits up, we don't have to sit and watch our money wash down the drain, we, as investors have a right to answers at least and maybe more ? At the moment, I'm clinging on to hope !

I'm with you on this Zappers, MJ doesn't have a bad history and I don't think he would want to acquire one. Just my view but like I said, the company has built up quite a portfolio itself to be run into the ground and so much work in the past few years ? May be bad timing, bad management, bad red tape, bad everything but a lot of water under the bridge to let it go to the wall. Like you I wont call it till the lights are turned off. Suggest we all bombard the company with e mail with concerns. I certainly am, if they have any empathy with shareholders who have supported them, they should respond!

Jimbo, you are correct, looks like MJ is readying us for the end but he surely has to make some other statement in this regarding the support given to alo all these years, starting to smell like they knew this all the time.
