My only worry is that they want to raise funds in the future or pay off debts by issuing shares. Dilution.
There should be no reason to do this when they have finance in place from the Namibia Bank and they will have increased cashflow. I hope that the BOD are on the same wavelength as me. They should be.
Just use the cash in hand and finance available.
A nice company that is actually making money by mining.

I cannot believe that the company has granted 20.3 million shares to executive directors and staff after the crash of the SP over the last year or so.

The word 'Dementia' shouldn't be used when attacking a poster.
An aunty of mine died of dementia a few years back and it is a truly awful disease. She didn't even know who I was a year before her death. Dementia is worse than cancer IMO and I've had plenty of friends and relatives die of cancer.
