It does indeed have a lovely ring to it.
A clear and obvious sign that EUA2 is to be put in place before the sale of EUA1 is to be signed off.
To maximise shareholder value and to make investors think twice about jumping ship once the EUA1 sales news is announced.
I will welcome the special dividend when it comes and I will be reinvesting some of it back into EUA2 after reading the presentation.

Hit and miss.
Not taken dilution into consideration.
I find Zak's work great for learning about a company as an addition to the company website and RNS's.
Also, if the company that you've invested in gets a positive spin on Share Talk then that can only be a good thing and it is free advertising for the company.
EUA is a different kettle of fish IMO.
Most of us have been here a while, done our homework and are confident that we have invested wisely.

Yes but this isn't a dividend for the distribution of retained earnings.
This is a SPECIAL dividend for the sale of significant assets.

I'm taking that with a pinch of salt to be honest with you.
They have EUA'S market value at approx £46 and there current SP is around 23p.
The other stuff is encouraging though.

Been looking more deeply at ATM on Simply Wall Street.
You can sign up for free and look at 5 stocks.
They state that the financial health is 6 out of 6.
ATM's debt to equity ratio has reduced from 702.4% to 1.9% over the past 5 years.
ATM has sufficient cash runway for 1.6 years if free cash flow continues to reduce at historical rates of 23.4% each year.
ATM (£0.05) is trading below our estimate of fair value (£2.59)

Looks good but I don't know how they get a fair value price of £2.59. Surely the market can't be that far out.

Per Simply Wall Street:
"Trading at 97.9% below our estimate of its fair value.
Earnings are forecast to grow 81.37% per year."
