Just seen this accident from start to finish now. I still they’ve raised the flaps instead of the gear after rotation. Where did you hear it was a double bird strike DT ?

We were uplifted 1,200ft in a couple of seconds according to the data Bloomers. We were very fortunate there were no bar carts out at the time as they could have caused fatalities. Very rare incidents happen and we are trained very well for different eventualities in the simulator.
