This is nothing to do with the US banks skier. This is purely Brexit-related. US banks have not been climbing over 10% in a day. Looks like things are inching closer towards a deal. Looking forward to seeing these power on.......
2 of the Tory rebels have already said they’ll vote for a deal and there are 20+ Labour MPs willing now, so keep the DUP on board and he might get it through without Grieve’s saboteurs.
I’m 2p short of my average still but am confident these will rise into the 80s and beyond once this Brexit fiasco is finally put to bed properly and we’ve left the EU.

It’s based on the market capitalisation of the constituent stocks. The largest capitalisations will have the biggest influence on the FTSE movements. I’m sure if you go to google, you will be able to find out somewhere what weighting’s each stock carries in the FTSE.
