We all know Art isn't in the driving seat. Between him Essar and Kola you would think they are communicating with each other. Over a month now since last RNS... you think Art would send some type of update informing of us as to where they are with things.... Just common curtesy and costs nothing.....

All, dont want to sound like a stuck record and have mentioned it on several occassions. Reagrding Permits, does anyone know if they have began to work on the DEIA or ESHA (environment) permit. Offshore and Onshore time frame are pretty much the same. That has to be approved by the Minstry of Environment. Once approved you then need an Environmental Managment Plan (EMP derives from teh DEIA/ESHA) approved by Minstry of Environment. Through experience and maybe different in West Africa, but you are looking at around 5-7 months for both these permits to be approved. Lest hope they have already began to work on these through their environmental contractor.All IMO. GLA

Guys, all I can say is HOLD !!! I couldnt read anything negative in today's RNS. Pointed out earlier (cant remeber who) that it is very true West - South West African officals will do anything for PR, especially Nigeria and final hand shake (brown envelope) (Angola comes to mind) (and with the current situation there) maybe be seen (finally by the general public) a good thing for Nigeria with an intenrational Operator like Essar and the massive reserves they will bring to surface.

Think this is more to do with SARS (the Special Anti-Robbery Squad), and cant really see at this time how it would affect us currently.

Lets all hope we receive some good news by the of the week. Even just an update from Art, just saying things are progressing and expect PSC to be approved before end of Q4 ( as mentioned in previous RNS), would put a lot of minds at rest. GLA

Agree Hertstrader, those that cant see past the end of their noses. Wouldn't be surrprised (IMO) if drops to around 0.24p. Hope I am wrong, but as we all know where this SP will be once RNS on PSC is released and follow up RNS's on drilling programme, just again another long waiting game. GLA
