All, dont want to sound like a stuck record and have mentioned it on several occassions. Reagrding Permits, does anyone know if they have began to work on the DEIA or ESHA (environment) permit. Offshore and Onshore time frame are pretty much the same. That has to be approved by the Minstry of Environment. Once approved you then need an Environmental Managment Plan (EMP derives from teh DEIA/ESHA) approved by Minstry of Environment. Through experience and maybe different in West Africa, but you are looking at around 5-7 months for both these permits to be approved. Lest hope they have already began to work on these through their environmental contractor.All IMO. GLA
