Just had a great meeting with Jay B at Aminex. All going v well at Ntorya which might have been a proper barnburner, safety 1st. V happy ??

It could have been huge, in order not to waste half of Tanzania they had to mud up the well so your guess is as good as mine, 50+ scuffs?

Now that Farm Out has been officially voted in, drilling rig selected, and the assurance renewal licence is coming......assuming latter before back stop of course.....

Any ideas / thoughts on Chikumbi-1 mobilisation and spud date or would it be too early to venture an opinion?

The 2 previous Ntorya drills were spudded in late December...just as the short (November - December) rain season was ending. The short dry season lasts from January to February - doubt anything happening within the next 6 weeks...

The long dry season lasts from late June to mid-October.

Are we looking at June at the earliest now? Or can they drill in the rain? (serious question!)

We gonna need KN-! up and running in the interim to keep the income going...although the cash up front from Farm Out will help....

Dr. Kalemani has said it today in Dodoma after conducting a visit to a number of electromagnetic centers such as Pedal, Mnadani and Zuzu where he joined the Emergency Commissioner of Energy and Energy, Engineer Innocent Luoga, actors of the Tanzania Electricity Agency (TANESCO) and the Ministry Energy.

However, Dr Kalemani has stated that the contractor should complete the project in January in order to improve the accessibility of electricity in Dodoma where the work of electrical integration for the population continues to increase the use of such essential energy."

I do think though that the sp should keep on an upward trajectory now that particular mountain has been crossed...predictable that the initial morning / noon rise tapered off a tad come the late afternoon...those pesky 10 percenters....like flies buzzing on a sweaty brow...
