If they can achieve a power surplus - they can sell the excess electricity....is Hydro all year round though?
All part of their energy mix I suppose...with home demand growing...their eyes and plans appear to be to have adequate power to meet domestic and then some to sell off..

Ah but Crusty - I'm a cautious garden owner....I don't believe in possible 'slam dunks' until they actually materialise..I want proof about the $$$ resources element before I approach hubby,,,
If I had a back garden which I knew had Hydrocarbons in it that would save me money by not using and relying on my hydro and help in my property and living standards development...
Well, before I would grant them permission - I would want an assurance that the guys in line to get it out had:
A development plan for my whole garden
The financial resources lined up to execute that plan
The technical resources lined up to execute that plan
Tick all three and I would give them an assurance subject to checking with the boss....
