I really see this as one of the cheapest things on AIM (there maybe one or two others that fall into that category) but the ‘stunted share price growth’ on many down the line turns out to be warranted.
This I find is hitching it’s dress and winking at me in a way that I find fairly irresistible. As I said yesterday “what is there not to like here?”

... I hear what’s being asked about ‘placing shares’ being forward sold.
I suspect the brew ha ha that the placing caused last time was so (genuinely) people in from the early days could load up, and hence all the references to mates rates were probably not wide of the mark. Because I firmly believe the company have a much higher understanding of what’s coming here, why wouldn’t they. It was passed off in that interview as ‘opportunistic’ and yes it yanked the share price.
I think they didn’t wish it to get away too quickly and hence why the Bloomsbury raise was done, dusted and closed in 40 minutes... to the screams of ‘unfair, AIM’s a con/Aim casino etc etc.
I think with the drillers taking shares instead of payment and the management team similar... that no placing is being worked through.
The bid has risen steadily from 1.80 till the current 2.609 with only one brief blip yesterday when having been 2.53 to sell briefly it went back into the 2.43/2.45 range ... before starting off its gradual rise again late in the day and again today.
Doesn’t feel like a raise to me.
Onwards and upwards here for sure, and watch it really go when news is coupled with the anticipation.... good luck everyone

...it’s a funny share this. The market makers move the price round in a way no other share I’ve owned/ seen ever gets priced.
It’s stupidly volatile, weird wide spread which must impact volume. Still it’s obviously about to move in it’s mysterious ways, in a Northerly direction this next day or two.
Is it cheap?, or has it been discounted to allow those in the know to buy it up on the nod.
I’d like to say I wish I’d never owned it as been in since over a penny, but with buys at 0.13 0.15 and 0.23 I’m actually slightly in profit somehow

He repeatedly misses deadlines, these videos of machinery arriving/ being used are all very nice but I fear they are strung along to keep interest while the mine is a few weeks behind where initially we were told it would be.
When you couple this with the farce in Zim ...it’ll be done this week... it’ll be done when the right people are in the right place ... can’t find a pen.... it’ll happen by year end (2019)... different board member (Feb) it’ll happen this month. Christ man it’s calamitous !!!
The best thing he’s done in a timely manner is keep extending the deadline for some useless warrants I got three years back (which can be exercised at 0.5) to a new date, pushed on every six months.
AP ... hit some deadline... any deadline... get the mine up and running with income and stop b******ng me while our meandouring share price drifts around ... that as the city / shareholders will concur is how you get the price up and running.
Surprise me soon please, cos it’s getting boring after all this time.

The 2.20 sell price however is pretty much irrelevant so predict we carry on climbing tomorrow.
The trades this afternoon show little to no discount to the 2.40 with sells going in at anything between 2.32 and 2.35.
Not massive volume yet so still quite nicely building, slow and steady. 50% up already from the days languishing cheap at 1.50/1.60.

You need some white knuckle rides or the Stig taking round some track at 150mph with your arse two inches off the floor if you see this as stagnant.
It’s the most volatile thing I’ve ever owned and traded this last six months.
Like I posted yesterday after topping up at 3.72 ... I’m happy to load up down here as it’s only a matter of time till a whiff of news or RNS sends it spiking (then I suspect however longer term that we never see the 3’s again).
Still thanks for cheering me up I must be a right bore (maybe the wife’s right) if this is stagnant.

I only know as I’ve opened a couple of T20’s to trade across in addition to the ones I am keeping longer term. As I’ve said since 1.50 it’s a steal down here, below the ‘raise price’ .... that very same 2.25 that was slated as ‘mates rates’ ... dodgy Aim tactics.... and a raise that everyone felt was for the benefit of those in the know.
The outcome here however I do feel is clearly known by the company, and those about to drill. The funding of the drilling and payments to various sources smells very nicely of that.

I agree ... the excitement and trip to 8p always going to retrace.
I’ve learned after many shares on AIM that despite all the ‘don’t sell it’s going to £4’ nonsense while they all head for the exit door... you have to take ur profit so I’d sold 2/3rds of mine between 5.5/7... I now am loading up those and more as without doubt it will head north on any whiff of news (and obviously any RNS)

...well for no other reason than, volume up, a lot of sellers with any profit to take are right down, and that you don’t have to be Zak Mir to draw trend lines on a graph of the shares I had a cheeky top up at 3.72 just now.
I don’t need shouting down as a ramper ... but in my view with all the potential you won’t lose money on this share buying down here.

.... when awards are at roughly at a 200% increase to current Mkt Cap ... or ‘proved up mineral research’ you know you can trust the company.

Missing deadlines ... jam always tomorrow... having no skin in the game .. all too commonplace on AIM. We will get a nice steady climb from here on newsflow starting this next four to six weeks, add in anticipation and current holders should do very nicely. Personally I’m amazed we are down here, below the 2.25 placing ... and with a roadmap and recent presentations from management. Hey ho ... it can stay under the radar for a while yet while I accumulate a few more.

The fact there’s a magazine called ‘Ship & Bunker’ is hilarious.
For me this AIM share either goes bust missing its moment with its great idea and technology as I’m sure many have before.
However this potential ‘hook up’ if it materialises means our mkt cap is loose change compared to it being widely utilised. S*** or Bust ... as it’s been for a while 0p versus 15/20p ?? Still a hold for me... pity the opinion bar doesn’t give the option.

My apologies.... they raised in April at almost the same time as we did as well.
In that case to make that error ... and buy more thinking geographically they were next to each other means I ended up with more than I perhaps would have done. I wondered why MTR had got 18.8% (now 19.9)

Much as I am looking forward to the story unraveling at Cobr ... (as I think that raise being all done and fully subscribed in such a short period of time indicates what outcomes we are going to see)....but there are so many good plays out there and from somewhere large sums of money are pouring into the junior miners sector.
Whether it be GGP, ORR, Ars, Vast Or ourselves there are many good stories currently (but personally I think this is the best).
But why ?? I get the conspiracy theory that China has a virus then buys up shares on the cheap... convenient... but probably not. A fund manager at Investec told me he doesn’t include anything with a mkt cap under fifty million, another albeit with a lower figure backed that position up, so it’s not fund managers looking beyond the FTSE AllShare.
So my point... let trend be your friend ... there are not many quality companies out there....that have the potential of this... mediocre results will send us higher... and many junior miners appear to be rerating... why?? Well these things have been cyclical for years ... instead of rambling on here ...

Yes they were in from the outset (not sure whether they participated in the 2.25 raise).
I guess from your comment of ‘interesting’ that you know geographically what they hold ... and where their plays are.
They either play poker, balls deep and go all in.. or they feel that’s a ‘hot’ area for drilling.
I hold some there (which in theory have returned to date more than the returns on Cobr) but I’ll have to delve to get you the actual size and levels of entry.

Yes I’ve got one and a half. I’ve been topping these every time I had surplus or cashed something else. I bought 8 times under 1.60 which shows if you are convinced by the story, mine and everyone else’s research (thank you to those who post info... not ... golden tickets these will be four quid by Thursday sh***) ... we have to be way way undervalued on any matrix.
Seeing as I was effectively averaging up following a first buy at 1.72 ... and made purchases all round the furore up to the ‘raise’ and after my average is around 1.75... I too have no intention of selling any.
(In fact I might buy some more if there’s a tree shake to sell on the way up. Alas my pockets will allow me not to be keeping those).
I got onto these via MTR who own a chunk of us... then you look at all the surrounding shares and what they have....I cannot see the geology that would leave us high n dry ... when to the North, South East & West we are hemmed in by companies (albeit further on) with resource finds.
Anyway I won’t put more or I’ll have ******s shouting ‘ramper’

.... interesting that some people think it’s right to be out now at 2.00 ..2.05 and they think they will buy in cheaper.
I think apart from potentially when it’s walked down on a tree shake you won’t see under 2p again.
The placing was at 2.25 (we are still below that ... even though at the time everyone was shouting “foul” ... mates rates again .. “this stinks” it’s the Aim casino etc etc) there are very few with a profit to churn (most people don’t buy to lose money then bail when they are heading back towards a break even point). They wait to try and attain the gains that made them buy Cobr in the first place.
2nd/ FOMO
3rd/ the perfect storm of Dir buys and a drilling program immenantly underway, giving anticipation of results (which I firmly believe as I’ve stated on here before they have a fair idea of what that will constitute)
4th/ the fact our bed partners on the drilling are happy to take remuneration by way of shares. They don’t see them as confetti thrown round by many early stage miners.
5th/ the fact when this moves on sentiment (and volume to back it) ... it fairly trundles along.
I’d say those selling into gains like this already fall into the area of ‘most Pi’s sell too early’.... good luck with buying back in ... but potentially the ship has sailed, and you maybe buying back in higher..... i for one think this goes quite a way yet.. we’ll see

I still don’t get the urgency of that last raise. I at the time went along with the usual AIM mates rates prior to news, when these things happen, and people were quoting
“Couldn’t buy in”
“All gone by the time I’d contacted the organisers”
.... and the price had been dragged back from the mid 3’s...
I still think we have nothing to worry about with a share price that will be far north of our current levels, in 6 to 12 months.
Taking the opportunity to raise was said in the presentation a month back, but I still can’t read this... like I think I should... and the word Why?? and Timing?? Seem unclear still.
Associated parties and people being able to buy in at the bottom has been readily available for a long time now... with no inertia even flickering yet.

Like you say the ‘scatter gun’ approach to drilling will when it ends help the SP.
Nobody should moan about further raises, as they have got to happen. It’s the only way the business and mkt cap are going to move north and we exploit what is there. I do feel they could have raised higher however last time, and that if they had waited they could have diluted far less.
They killed the momentum and the rise, and I assumed because they had immenant news... seems strange now

As you say two years ago we hit 16p ... I remember averaging down at 14p thinking here we go ... it’s our time to take off.
So difficult to value this share as without contracts and income, we are a ‘good idea’ that missed its chance ...and gone... with potentially overtime some competition.
Against that (5 or 6 years in) we one day hit the deal ... day traders, rampers/derampers will be irrelevant as we will go meteoric. I guess that comes over a four/five day period the first day or two on the unavoidable leak, the next on the fact the shares are not in the confetti bracket of some AIM stocks (and by the way I remember the 40 odd pence days here)

Morning Simon (I mean MFU) one was me and I obviously couldn’t have known what was happening (and a slug last week). However still not pleased with the discount (unnecessary/mates rates) as what I gained on the sells was more than offset with my holding. I’ve sold Cnel for the same reason, as everyone is focused on it going a lot higher, nothing is a one way bet. I’ve learned, as I know you have the hard way..... invariably they all give you the opportunity to buy back in cheaper, when they’ve trebled or quadrupled.
I rest my case about having too much in any one AIM stock, I’ve still got a load but a curve ball from anywhere (just because it’s not expected) can decimate.
We will be alright here despite the raise, I hope you participated in Primary Bid as an existing punter?
