I have nothing more to say. I am an investor the share price is rising which I didnt think it would but I called it wrong. I'm hoping we can get a farm out for Block 3 and proceed to drill and find oil - nothing more to say.

The only reason they have cash at the bank is because another oil company that actually produces oil has given them an upfront payment. Its like my business losing money on an annual basis and suddenly I receive an investment from a potential partner and then claiming that I have a great business and I am a great businessman. The underlying problem is I am still losing money as is CEG on all their oil drills and they have never declared profits in their annual accounts. You keep ramping the share for Eytan and you are doing a very good job at that considering the recent increase.

I feel there is a somewhat sense of false optimism over CEG and to be truthful I am baffled by the posts on this board. There has been a rise in the SP from 7p to 10p but ultimately no drill date has been confirmed by Chevron or even a farm out partner for Block 3 or even a RNS on further 3d analaysis. Chevron has hundreds of oil exploration projects all around the world, they are currently developing a new field in Kazakhstan where they are targeting 1m barrels of oil a day ! Chevron has a market cap of $268 bn. It would be amazing if they did discover 3bn barrels of oil in Uruguay in Block 1 but in the grand scheme of things and on Chevrons business plan Uruguay is pocket money for a Saturday night out. The way some people on here are posting, the oil is already flowing out of Blocks 1 and 3 and we are Chevrons most valuable farm out partner. Reel it in everyone. GG

Yes, £12.5m is a massive investment for Chevron. They may do a share issue, as I am struggling to see how they can afford it with their market cap of $280 billion. Dear, oh dear. This board never fails to delivery such ridiculous posts.

Just be patient fellow investors this will be back to 7p range mid March. Anyone wanting to top up, if you wait a couple of months it will be 20-25% lower in my honest opinion. If no news by May it will drop to 6p range.

Let's be honest it's a binary bet on Uruguay ( Almost certainly Block 1 ) and I'm sure Eytan and his cohorts are weighing up just binning off everything else as they are all break-even oil drills spurting out drops of oil at best.

Oh dear , oh dear another classic post from In4cedros. Chevron market capital is $286.42bn as of 17.01.25. They have hundreds of projects all over the world. $12.5 m to them is like finding a fiver in our jean pocket to the likes of you and me. Your argument is invalid and ridiculous. IT'S A PUNT NOTHING MORE.

The difference between you and me is that you are obsessed with this share and its success, whilst I am neither.

I think you will sink into the abyss if this drill doesn't happen or if Chevron doesn't find oil, whilst, for me, it's nothing more than a punt and the same as my annual trip to Cheltenham each March and betting on the favourite in the Gold Cup and losing the lot. Mathematically, I probably have a better chance of making money on the Gold Cup favourite than Chevron discovering significant commercial quantities of high quality in virgin territory. By your incessant ramping, I don't think you have factored in the chance you will probably spunk all your dough if you stay to the final drill results, but your mate Eytan will still get paid up to the date of the last fateful RNS.

In4cedros: Remember, this is a gamble, NOT an investment. It's a binary bet akin to a horse race, but at least with a horse race, the gambler knows the event will take place, whereas, with this punt, we don't even know if the drill will take place with any degree of certainty.

It's been heavily pumped for the last few days and is running out of steam. I will be back buying when it hits 6p again. By March, it will be back around 6-7p, in my opinion.

Honestly- I dont see any new news to push the SP up. Tbh I am happy to buy some more as a punt but I’m going to see if it dips back, if not Im happy with my lot. Im not buying at 20p on a binary bet when the odds are 5/1 and that’s if we even get to drill.

Something afoot here. This SP was stagnant for months and suddenly record rises daily with no RNS . I would not be surprised if a takeover from a major has been proposed. I cant see any other reason surely not a letter from the CEO.

The general point of the post is to comment on In4cedro's continual promotion of this company, whether by third-party " experts " or by comments he makes himself. It is still share ramping on an industrial scale.

Do you get paid by Challenger Energy Plc for your continual promotion of the company? It's a serious question and not a criticism or a slight at you. Now you are suggesting " for those who have yet to take the plunge " which is going on another level again of promotion. If you don't get paid, you really should, as I doubt Eytan could not employ a better PR man if he tried, and any employer would admire an employee who posts at 9.30pm on New Year's Eve, which is above and beyond the call of duty in my eyes.

I will be suprised if any major is interested in Block 3 despite Eytan's pushing as all the majors have been offered Block 3 beforehand and were not interested. Why would they suddenly have a change of heart. Block 1 is the sum of all our hopes.

Sorry, but anyone with a modicum of intelligence can see that the company pays for this article. Come on, let's keep it real. I believe retail investors bought a few extra shares at Christmas. Come February, this will be back to 5.5p
