The Chevron farm out is not an " asset ". It is only an intention from one experienced super major oil company to possibility commit to a commercial drill subject to contract. It is only an intention at this stage and has not been officially ratified by either CEG or Chevron but the farm out process looks highly likely.

This block in which we hold a license is only an asset when either our Farm out Partner discovers oil at commercial levels. GG

Either way, this is definitely the last AIM company I invest in. Made money on them but lost a lot more on them. The problem with AIM is it is not regulated enough and too easy for directors to manipulate investors, especially small retail investors. I would argue and anyway who disagrees is a naive fool that unfortunately there are too many "lifestyle" AIM companies out there without a genuine product or service selling some " fresh air " idea whilst the directors live off the investors capital. Your post of the 4th June was probably the best yet disregarding the little barb about trolls. You have made your point on this subject and you really dont need to labour any further on this subject.

I agree with eveything you added in this summary and its too the point. You state its a very risky share which it is but the rewards are very high for those prepared to invest. I think it certainly is a different league to The Bahamas.

I tried to make the post positive and say it was a great deal.

Obviously, everything depends on whether Chevron, our farm-out partner, discovers oil in commercial quantities. Everything else is pretty much irrelevant.

Finally, It is a bit worrying that someone would take the trouble or effort to review someone's past posts from two years ago and in such detail.

Purchased more shares yesterday. I have a target figure in mind before consolidation. I have been called a " timid troll ", which is ridiculous. I try to offer a balanced viewpoint, and I am more than aware that the risk of losing everything is very high. However, the prospective farm-out deal Eytan Uliel ( Providing it can be ratified and no slippery fish AIM caveats are thrown in ) has, on paper, is a great one for retail investors. We are at the bottom of the mountain after the Bahamas debacle and not producing oil at profitable rates, so Uruguay is the last hand to be played. That said, if everything aligns and everything falls into place, great seismic, and the other majors go ahead within their blocks, these current prices could seem unbelievably cheap in 3- 4 years, so I added them yesterday. I will add some more on confirmation of the Chevron deal. GG

Willec, I love your enthusiasm. All I have ever done is suggest you take a measured point of view. You may wish to be a little cautious as it is a drill reliant on a third-party farm-out partner in a virgin exploratory area. An oil major ( TOTAL ) has drilled recently in an area very close to Block 3 and not too far from Block one previously without commercial success. The drill they did was to record depths. To date, to the best of my knowledge, no oil major has discovered any oil in commercial quantities off the coast of Uruguay. Of course, as an investor with a large number of shares I want CEG to find oil and lots of it, but I am very cautious and measured with my expectations of success where, as you and some other posters on this bulletin board give the impression it's a done deal and we have already hit the black gold.

John Briggs. - Don't waste your time, mate, posting on here. Nothing you or I or anyone who questions the board of directors on this bulletin board will make any difference to the running of the company or the decisions made and it will never change the viewpoint of all the posters on here who continually promote the company and are not able to ever question a decision by CEG senior management. You probably have a lot of skin in the game, as I do, but there is nothing to be gained by arguing with people with pseudonyms who you will never meet. Basically, it all boils down to whether we have a great farm-out partner who can find billions of barrels of oil and if this happens, will the board of directors of CEG Plc reward their small retail investors who have remained patient and backed the company in its darkest days as we have and that is it or will they screw us over as a lot of AIM directors do. Uruguay : Raya-1, at a water depth of 3,404 m that was plugged and abandoned by TotalEnergies in 2016. Raya-1 was drilled to an approximate total depth (TD) of 6,000 m to target Miocene turbidite with prospective resources that was said to be between 500 MMboe and 1.5 billion barrels of oil equivalent (Bboe) that was identified through 3D seismic but proven to be dry due to lack of effective migration pathways between the Aptian source rock and the previously identified Oligocene reservoir interval, according to reports from post-drilling analysis.

To any new investors, remember this is a very high-risk share. The odds are you will lose all of your money, as with most AIM shares; it is an extremely high-risk/high-reward share, and this is at the top of the high-risk bracket. It is a binary share. If Chevron Oil does not go ahead or find oil at commercial levels, as is often the case in virgin fields, you will probably lose all your investment. It is entirely pointless when posters on this platform compare areas in Argentina and other parts of South America to Uruguay Blocks 1 and 3. What matters is Chevron's drills for oil, and they find it in many hundreds of millions if not billions of barrels. In addition, every million shares you buy will only transfer to 20,000 when the share is consolidated in the next few months. Take little notice of what is written on this bulletin board by the same people daily and weekly. Take a measured point of view and be prepared to lose it all. GG.

Trust me, money is not a WORRY for me. I say this not because I have an abundance of it but because everything in life is more important than the worry of money. I, for one, certainly don't worry about a share consolidation. If Chevron, on our behalf, finds billions of barrels of oil as investors, our children or grandchildren will probably have an abundance of money. If they find nothing or Eytan Ulliel and his board of directors screw the retail investors, we all lose our money, and our millions of shares are worthless as they pretty much are now. But worry, no, I don't worry about money, and you do not know me or my risk profile. GG

willec, how many billions of barrels of oil are you predicting then, and what is your estimated share price value when we find all these billions of barrels of oil in uruguay?

i'm not taking the **** - genuine questions.
