seem to be running as maple gas. Their website states they own 100% interest in there oil company. Looks like we have been ripped off.
Had a majority you must have lost more than a few quid. Are you Pierre sallik?
Why do you still have money tied up in Mple. I thought you saw this coming ages ago and got out.
How someone managed to trade 32k shares at 10am this morning though.
All we can do is keep our eye on the website. Unfortunately Shukan is almost certainly correct. The senior lenders can force the sale of all assets to go towards debts. If there is anything left (very unlikely) then once everything else is paid the remaining money will be divided between shareholders. I think we are last in the queue though. The cleaning lady and milkman will be paid before us. Only slight, and i mean very slight chance of a recovery is if the lenders see better value in restructuring debt and the company paying over set timescale. Then we may re-list, either on AIM or elsewhere (maybe ISDX) or maybe we wont, we will be locked in and maybe if we are lucky receive some dividend cheque's now and again. Maybe the company can set up some form of platform for trade. I think this will be a long process with very little information given. The fact that they haven't just came out and said its over gives us slight hope but in reality is probably just prolonging it. All my inexperienced opinion. GLA
Managed to sell 32k shares this morning?
Thank you for your wisdom. I bet you pick the winner in every horse race too. They will need to think of a new word for it as its not really fair to use the word gamble with you around.
Know who capital asset services are? And what they do?
Finally put this to bed then or does anyone think there is a chance of getting any money back or re-listing at any point?
An RNS will come tomorrow. We will de-list. Yes if they come to an agreement over terms of payment this will be valued at more than it is now. How do we sell if it's not on a market though. We would get dividends etc but they will be years away. I guess major shareholders could offer to buy us out but little point unless anyone has a significant amount of shares. I certainly don't. (Not in the big picture anyway).
But where would future RNS's be released to if we are not on any exchange. If it goes to the wall there will not be anything. I think our only hope is the senior lenders agreeing to a payment plan. Then we can pay this over a number of years and eventually make profit again. They could force sale of oil and gas assets if they prefer. Again I am no expert. This is just my understanding of it.
De-listed today or tomorrow. We will still own the shares but will be unable to trade them. The whole company is secured against the debt so unfortunately barring a miracle we will lose our money.
Didn't check that. Is the rule the same on LSE?
We will be kicked out of AIM and lose our cash if we don't come out of suspension on Monday. As I said though, WRN has been in suspension a lot longer. I have no idea how they got round it.
"The exchange will cancel the admission of AIM securities where these have been suspended from trading for six months" This is up on Monday. If this is enforced then at least we will know one way or another. Why is WRN not cancelled though? This has been in suspension much longer than here.
is this showing at 46p?
Twice. To both cenkos and the investor relations address. No answer both times. Would call the number but don't hav access to phones at work.
Off
I was optimistic lol. Hope you are right though. I guess the 6 month rule is not strictly adhered to. Look at WRN.
One this. Can't seem to just put it to bed. Keep coming back every couple of weeks and checking for news. Was very sure I would make a profit from this and I suppose a tiny part of me still hopes that may be the case. Wish there was some news either way.
