Don't thinks so. AB alluded to ongoing negotiations with other interested parties in his most recent proactive interview. Should be some news on further developments along soon.

Scarpa, thanks for confirming what I believe i.e. large buys must equal wealthy and hopefully well informed investors demonstrating confidence that AFC as a sound investment.

Thanks for the explanation Haggis. I've taken some comfort from these large buys as I deduce, hopefully logically that IIs or even wealthy PIs wouldn't put so much money in if they weren't confident. I know aim we're only down 4 odd‰ but it did touch 86p so quite a fall from there. Maybe the social media storm will begin for real now with Iain on board to keep punters interested.

Could someone with greater knowledge than I please explain why the price has gone down so much given the large late reported buys today?

I guess it's the use of the words ultimate and ambition in his LinkedIn comments. See below. I just thought he was implying that true commercialisation wasn't nailed on yet. Maybe I'm being pedantic?
"As a business, our key focus is ultimately on commercialisation. The fit out of our new Assembly & Commissioning Facility at Dunsfold by the end of March is central to this ambition."

Haven't been posting for a while, just enjoying watching the progress on the sidelines. Today was disappointing for sure. I see over at ITM things are going swimmingly. With our MC only a sixth of theirs, we must still have lots of room to increase ours. Hopefully Iain Thompson will keep good comms going. Not sure his comments this morning helped the SP though.

Currently trading at £1.13 equivalent in Berlin. Augurs well for tomorrow..

Looks like we're not going to get a surprise Christmas present from ENEO or West Med. There's still time I guess.

Maybe BGF have converted not to sell but for the opportunity to have a stake in the soon to be rising share price thus increasing the value of their portfolio. Could be a smart move.

GDR now have approximately 63000000 shares in issue as of yesterday, which is still 8000000 less than NCYT and their SP has done alright. Also we're now debt free. Once we get sales going in the US, I feel there's lots of headroom for significant gains. We should start to tick up soon in anticipation.

Thanks Jobbinscl, that's very decent of you. I know what it's like to pull the plug too early. You could still come on board again as it looks like, AFC still have plenty of potential from current levels.

We'll done to AB and his team. Very impressive and he's been talking with them since February! The NDA worked a treat. I must confess I had doubts creeping in based on previous experience so I sold half yesterday only to buy most back this am! (they say patience is a virtue!) but I now feel that ABB's involvement has totally validated our tech. Let's face it they know exactly what they're getting with AFC and they clearly like what they see. I think we're now a £billion company in the making just for starters.

Having read the Bk Gulf RNS again I give the following quote from said RNS.

"Based on the Company's current commercial pipeline, AFC Energy expects to place multiple orders of containerised balance of plant in 2021, including the ACCIONA project set for delivery in 2021".

It couldn't be clearer. The current commercial pipeline is going to lead to multiple orders. That's a bold statement which implies orders are on the way soon so that being the case, we should have news any day now. Come on AB, let's hear it.

You would think so Southerhay. I was hoping for an RNS this morning. AB has a chance now to keep communications coming to help protect SP gains. I hope he takes this opportunity and doesn't go into silent mode again with so much going on around EE etc.

I say this because on 29th May the SP began to tank in the morning scaring me in to selling only to recover in the pm. I was gutted and then on Monday morning we had the Acionna news. Is history repeating itself? I bought back in on the Monday at a much higher price! Thank goodness I didn't sell this morning although I did consider it. Tree shakes like that are indiscriminate and can convince even committed holders to sell.
