According to Reuters. Results look mixed but overall profit guidance remains on track so let's hope we don't get hammered today! Germany continuing to make progress so that's a positive.

I just pray that the upcoming results and subsequent presentation confirm that everything is on track. If it is we go higher, much higher but then again this is AFC and we've all been burned so often in the past!

Raises AAF PT to 430 from 390 and recommends a "buy"! Obviously, the recent results have impressed those in the know! Should tick up from here. IMO

Should one sell to lock in gains or hold on in hope of a "beat"? Airtel Africa had some stonking results the other day so I think it's fair to say the African side of the business will be doing well. I guess a continued recovery in Germany will be key to further SP increases! 🤞

TBH, I'd have thought that David's continuing commitment would drive the SP up a bit further. He's looked under the bonnet and us buying more. Based on that alone indicates a bright future for shareholders here. 🤞

Was in M&S Chiswick yesterday, which is a newly refurbished food only store. The new design is spectacular and looks really classy. It was absolutely rammed with folks queueing up at the self service tills. I think M&S are in a class of their own at least on food. This share will go from strength to strength imo! Hoping for £4 in the very near future!

The slide now, which almost feels inevitable with AFC especially as recent enthusiasm hasn't been supported by any tangible progress. I guess the completion of the new FCs is progress but that'll all require certification etc. costing more time! Let's just pray that we get a good update later this month as it's depressing being a passenger here waiting for the miracle breakthrough!
