Hi Procell Conservative thoughts? Hmm...Been here since early '17. If I thought too conservatively about speculative investing I would never have touched Thor at that time. But regardless of a lot of obvious risk presented from historical precedent, you could also see then the large upside potential if certain things panned out. To a large extent they are now doing so. This is what the co said on 20/10/17: "The Directors of Thor Mining PLC ("Thor" or the "Company") (AIM, ASX: THR) are pleased to announce a strategic financing to advance the Company's key projects towards commercialisation. This change of direction combined with significant financing immediately triggered a change in thinking wrt Thor with a strong sp rise. That in turn triggered a large swath of warrant conversion and, though dilutive, that also further improved the cash position by over �1m. That has greatly insulated the go against any near term need for further placings right into 2019. Previously the prospect of what was perceived as a co dependence on almost continuous and repeated new placings was a major factor suppressing the sp aisi. That situation has passed, instigating this revaluation. A revaluation that does not yet to appear to have run its course. More important to me is how this goes after that with the other aspect of the 20/11 RNS - the change in strategy. This remains as yet a BoD ambition, and with the 3 major and significantly developed projects the co has, is yet to show fruit with news showing the co are on the route to monetizing the very significant in-ground mineral value they are sitting on. As for where that takes the valuation that is not easy to put a firm figure on, but I am also as content as can be (whist being well versed on the risks) that that can and should be a far, far higher number than today's �14m Mcap. Ollie From the 10-06am RNS today: "HOLDING(S) IN COMPANY Thor ..was notified on 16 November 2017 by Metal Tiger.. that following the issue of 16[m Thor] shares.. to Metal Tiger.. pursuant to the exercise of warrants, Metal Tiger.. now has a beneficial interest in 50,400,000 [Thor] Shares.. representing 9.77% of Thor's issued share capital." Valuation �100m plus ahead? Thor are putting everything in place to move rapidly to 'producer status' and is cashed up into 2019, with the resources in ground already defined and their value, then yes, when they get to that producer threshold a valuation of �100m plus looks just to be a step in the value creation road. Hi Dubbs Some of the hot money in Greatland may well come over here in time. But with comparing Thor projects to Greatland's I think Thor has a more firm foundation to turn its quality assets into earners than is the case at Greatland as yet. For the amount that GGP has so far progressed its projects it already has a quite extended ~�65m valuation imo, suggesting a lot of the money there is very speculative and not that sticky. The Pilbara is the investment 'supermodel' of today, it attracts a lot of attention from PIs - plus also sophisticated speculators like PJ. Aisi Thor can bring on its core projects more quickly, so its comparatively low valuation (~�9m) has huge upside growth potential. It will happen with the news flow to come on the co sensibly using their now considerable cash position to turning the stated change in direction into the reality. The next few months to a year or so should see a transformation well beyond what we have seen so far if they succeed. GK.

Hi IH Applying a justifiable discount is very much 'finger in the air' stuff but I reckon he would go for 50% off since they are not funded to build an operation yet and do not yet have a DFS for Lake Wells. Also he won't mention future dilution, though we all know it'll come! Fwiw I think this could get to the full 400kt/y rate at LW in 4-5y and have earnings then around $100 to 150m/y.
