Terms of the Acquisition

The consideration for the entire issued share capital of MPM is GBP 1.0m in cash to be paid on completion and the issue of 72,463,768 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Consideration Shares") reflecting a total aggregate cash and share based consideration of GBP 2.0m based on the last price at which the Company issued shares (being 1.38p) and GBP 2.14m based on the Company's closing mid share price of 1.575p as at 18 June 2018. Sold @0.65p.

They basically admit that everything they have done so far has been a failure. That they are unable monetize their products in Myanmar. Now they have paid for a NON-exlusive privilege to target 200k chinese visitors. Games clearly are doing badly. And not a word on license. There was not even much jam tomorrow. But they of course whould like to continue with this gravy train of failure. Keep buying fools.

Some people here think that if realy realy believe and never sell it will eventually come good. But that is not how it works. Bad companies do go bust.

Mypay was a good old related party transaction. You give these guys too much credit. Where is update on license? I am not sure if company will make it past Christmas. It unraveling pretty quickly. The end is near. Imo.

Why would you buy now? It is pretty clear sp will revisit 0.65p shortly.

I bet that was painful dump to squeeze out. If Atlas start panic dumping it will be very quickly under 0.5p and maybe could touch 0.2p. imo.

Sp does not rise with buys because there must be massive sells in the background. I wonder when Atlas will start to panic, there is not enough buyers for whatever price they convert. Imo

You had plenty opportunity to sell out @4p, @3p @2p @1p. But you did nothing. This is not a blue chip on AIM you spike and sell out. Too late to moan.

There is not much upside here, fundamentals are awful. Just imagine drop when real selling starts. These guys just can't deliver. Read through RNS's, all promises have come to nothing. All imo.

Well, what else would you expect from this lot, another late market shoker. 5k revenue per day the same as it was last year around this time. It took longer then predicted but we have reached under 1p share price. Now we can motor towards 0.5p as last illusions of some success disappear.

I think on Monday we could break support level of 1p. It looks like today could be another after hours 'when no one is watching' RNS. There is a saying about cats and their spots. And then next psychological barrier could be around 0.5p IMO. And there big elephant in the room, something about Eric, Rising Dragons and court case. Looking forward to eventful October.
