That was quite easy. Phoned Barclays, got through to the corporate actions teams. Took them a while to find it as it's listed under GBR not INFT. I've instructed them to vote 'FOR' any resolutions proposed by the board, and my vote is now being forwarded to the company registrar

If you truly believe that, ie very doubtful that the company will become financially viable, then I don't understand why you don't sell and put your money into a company that you think will become successful. On the basis that (to me) your investing strategy is seriously flawed, I don't see the point in engaging with you further
