Sounds reasonable ttaa I'm not 100% sure of the process but I think the new MC (and hence the SP after consolidation) will be set by the broker and advisers, based on the valuation of the assets and the level of funding by the new investors. Presumably if they get it right the SP should be fairly stable when floated. The prospectus seems to be a key document, so if they get that right and attract the funding they need we should have a successful launch All beyond our control though for now, so as much as we care to speculate we'll end up with what we're given initially

ttaa Again from the RNS:- 'The Company now has to fulfil a number of obligations to the UKLA as part of the normal listing procedure, these include the production of a Prospectus and a Competent Person?s Report on assets that the Company will acquire as part of the listing.' So I would think the competent person's report on assets would be basically valuing the licences etc, which I'd hope was done now. So it look's to me that what they have to do now is produce the prospectus, plus any other minor compliance issues. Hopefully the financing is all sorted as well now, but as always we're still pretty much in the dark Getting exciting though isn't it?

We had news a week ago! The RNS ended :- 'The Company is currently appointing the necessary advisors to complete the process and will issue further updates as matters progress.' Basically just a case of waiting for it to happen. I'm thinking 'when' not 'if' now, but I am an optimist, and that's why I piled in before suspension

Looking more likely now, and that will be a huge achievement by GW. We're not there yet but it looks to me like all the boxes are being progressively ticked. Popples I'm pretty sure there'll be a share consolidation, could be as much as 50 to 1 to get the SP up to a reasonable figure. Throw in some decent funding for a large equity stake and we should be looking at a decent MC when we list. Of course we'll all be diluted but we'll be shareholders of a much better company

So the majority of agreements WERE signed, unfortunately just the crucial one with the end user wasn't Maersk originally wanted it but changed their minds mid trial (which we know was going well) KSA almost made it, just the internal disagreement between two of the parties that scuppered it So, we're 2-0 down at the moment, but still all to play for, and 12 months in which to do it in. Sell up if you like but I'm made of sterner stuff, and am prepared to see if JGC can get us back in the game DYOR etc and good luck all still holding
