I get your drift but it's not a product is it. It's a process, and the oil industry is very slow to change. You have to get a company willing to modify their refinery, in the hope they can then sell it. You could argue we've convinced at least 2 to do that, so sooner or later somebody should start meaningful production. We also now have JGC trying to do the same on our behalf

Read the RNS's, listen to the conference call. Analyse the exact words used. They are used cautiously and carefully. Well I will be pedantic From the RNS:- Despite continued efforts by Quadrise to seek a resolution in KSA, the agreement between the KSA oil company and the KSA electricity company has still not been signed and as a result the refinery counterparty is now unlikely to support the production of MSAR� for supply to the KSA trial as originally planned. As a result, it is now questionable that the project will be able to proceed as planned. However, Quadrise is continuing to work with both the KSA oil and electricity companies to endeavour to seek a solution that would enable the trial to proceed, though this is now likely to be on an extended timetable, if it does progress, and the outcomes remain uncertain at this time. So your statement of 'it has failed to go ahead as planned' is not yet a reality I agree it is unlikely to go ahead as planned, but until we hear differently it is still an option

petergar I meant in jeopardy of not going ahead as planned, not in jeopardy entirely. Switching over to MSAR for power generation will save KSA $500m per annum, I really can't see it not going ahead at least for a portion of power generation. For me the big stumbling block at the moment are the subsidies that must be in place to make burning HFO a viable proposition for the electricity company. Somebody high up needs to get the message out that it's to the benefit of the national economy to get using MSAR. How long it will take for the message to filter down is the unknown at present

We're not out of options, we're not even out of this option. Read the RNS again, listen to the conference call. It's the electricity company having a tiff with Aramco. Sooner or later someone will be forced to sign. It's a $500m per annum saving to KSA. Are they really going to pass on that? It may not proceed as planned. That is the reason so many are doom mongering Not a one-trick pony either, JGC are looking at numerous opportunities and marine is far from dead It's all ther if you care to search for it
