BC, I think there's a big difference between a group acting together to create negative sentiment, that continually attempts to bring down the mood of the BB, and someone being directly influenced by one poster

So, aside from that, have QED ever tested a sample of oil (in whatever viscous state), that they couldn't produce MSAR from?

Oil exploration in itself is inherantly risky. It's about risk management. They're not there to produce bitumen and 15% diesel. They're there to make MSAR, and at the moment they have 'first mover' advantage, but for how long? You are probably right, but wasting a few weeks on testing something that has already been tested, is not necessarily a barrier to our payment. There's no monthly board meeting to wait for here . . .

Probably, as part of a due dilligence, tick-box exercise, but the results are going to be the same as the Tomco samples tested 2 years ago. We know it, Valkor know it, no real reason why they can't pay the $1m and order the MMU anyway

So our $1m down payment RNS could arrive literally any day now

It's not very clear. Certainly $15m in funding seems to be a trigger, but does the $14m take them past that point (assuming they're already been financed a few million)? Or does it have to be $15m from the 'project finance tranche'?

From the Directors Talk interview:-

"Once over 100 barrels of oil are extracted and sold, then basically Valkor’s financing partners will then release another round of funding to the tune of, I think, about $14 million."
