Just a query, and it may be a silly question for some, but should there be a stock consolidation, are warrants affected, as they are not yet stocks?

HL state they will take the funds today, so would expect that to give us some idea.... unless they plan to rebate the difference after allocation on the 22nd, although that would be a little dodgy I think!!

8% in the Blue.... Disappointing yes, unexpected, not really with an Open Offer next week at 0.05. Then, once the selling for profit from the OO stops, this could settle down and reverse the downward spiral of the last year. Not expecting fireworks, but 0.8 to a penny is achievable before Christmas imo, any more is a bonus...

Seems to me that Mr Tatnall and Mr Longley are more interested in their gold at GCAT, as opposed to their two companies suspended at present, (PPG and STHP). Wonder which they will act on first... if any?

Realistically, how long can this stay in it's current state? Is there a timescale to total write off, or can it just lay dormant for ever???

Well tbh, when I am 65 or 66 I certainly don't want to be working all hours trying to get a new venture off the ground. Pity he hadn't thought of this before he joined - But as a non-exec, probably thought it would only be a couple of meetings a week.

So here we are no 'near future' news as stated in the RNS of 20th Sept., and Friday the last day for anything??

I see HL have now announced that:
"Plutus Powergen plc shares were suspended from trading on AIM on 11 June 2021.  As the company does not have a nominated adviser its shares have now been fully delisted".
However, PPG have disclosed in the last RNS that the Company is:
"now intending to re-list on the Standard List of the London Stock Exchange versus AIM",
which I believe, is a stipulation of an easy re-listing when they comply..... Maybe not all hope lost yet?

Are we done, is it over, are we destined to ride penniless into the sunset???? :-(

Now that's as clear as mud..... Still no advisor, so does that mean we delist from Aim tomorrow and get zilch for our shares, whilst the company reopens sometime in the future on the main market, as a new company? Or am I talking s**t, Anybody?

As with most trading updates, confusion reigns for the first 4 hours until everyone has their say - positive or negative, and the SP will bounce around like a rubber ball with LTH's holding or buying on the dips, and traders/weak holders selling accordingly. This should all settle this pm, and close around the .36 it was at last week. All imo of course.

IF, the SP goes up @ around 6% every day to end of sept, it will be around the 1.5p - happy days. If it goes up 6% every day to Christmas, I will be retiring..... Nice to dream eh?
